Description of Work: They showed up when they said they would. They fixed what needed fixed. The work appears to be of good quality. They were respectful while in our house. They were slightly more expensive than other plumbers we have used, but despite that, we will use this company again if needed.

Description of Work: I have used Rich a number of times. If he is busy, calls go to his answering system. However, he returns calls very soon. He is responsive and knows his stuff. He charges the going rate for a master plumber which is fair. He sometimes doesn't even charge if the work is relatively minor and takes very little time. I would not call anyone else but Rich. |
