John was friendly and professional during the project, and everything went well. Were flexible with payment schedule and all issues I had were resolved. Prentice General Contracting recently completed a major renovation of our 50 year old home. Everything was redone. New roof, new windows, new siding, new garage, recreation room, bedroom, bathroom, new kitchen design, new fixtures and tile in 3 existing bathrroms, refinished hardwood floors, new electrical and plumbing. Work began in August. John's crew was at my house working long hours everyday. Most of the work was completed before Christmas. He was always available to answer questions and to update me on any bumps in the road that came about. I have recommended Prentcie to friends and family. They have been satisfied with projects

We contracted Prentice General Contracting to design and build our screened porch. John Truman worked with us through several revisions with patience and professionalism. The craftsmen were polite and skilled and worked full days until it was finished. They also did some things which were not part of the contract, such as putting up the hooks for our porch swing and installing a ceiling fan which was not a part of the original plans. We are in the middle of our project and are very happy up to this point. The contractor is very professional, but easy to talk to and answers all of our questions. The crew is hard working and very dependable. We would recommend them to our friends and family and will plan to use them again for ourselves if we are ever in need of construction, addition or remodeling.

The staff maintained a professional attitude in dealing with me on the renovation of my bathroom. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves nightly while the job was in progress. They kept me informed of the problems as they arose in dealing with my old building and helping to accommodate for my elder year needs. They were polite and I appreciated their gentlemen manners.
