"I asked for a price quote and immediately got a phone call to set me up with an account and book my first visit. At that time I was told I could download an app to my device which would make it easy to reschedule, etc. I was also told I could cancel the plan at any time. Sounded good, so I set up the first visit and gave my visa number. Then I looked up the app. To my dismay, there were dozens of bad reviews of the service, ranging from having no one show up, having them not have equipment and not know how to clean to having things stolen. Why are there only two reviews on Angie’s list! Something is definitely wrong. I decided to cancel my account and then found out that my payment will be held for another time..., I can’t get it refunded. There is no phone number for the company of their web site, just a form to fill out to be contacted. I want to talk to a live person! The one who called to sign me up seemed like a delightful person. I know I was scammed."
