Although, when writing this the install is not entirely complete but, I have nothing bad to say about this company. My overall experience has been pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company for anyone for either heating or cooling needs.

As I said, they were responsive and they did a good job. The charges were reasonable.

I find that they are trustworthy and I have been using them for a while.

When the repairman arrived I was impressed with everything from his friendly manor and how neat his appearance and his service van were. He looked at the pump and found out right away that the fan motor had burned up and no longer running. He would have to call the manufacturer of the heat pump and have a new fan and motor shipped. I asked him how long and he told me within a couple of days. Since it was Friday evening I had to wait through the weekend. Sure enough by Monday morning I got a message on my answering machine that the motor was in and he would like to schedule an appointment for him to come out and replace. Since it was after 5 P.M. when I got home, I called first thing Tuesday morning. By around 10 A.M. my heat pump was up and running. He even made sure that the freon okay and that I was properly getting heat. I was so relieved. It didn't cost a pretty penny and I didn't hear alot of crap I usually get when I hire professionals come to my home. This company is great.

They were very polite. They did the job in a hurry. They did the job the same day that I called. They did a really good job.

On time..on budget...right recommendations for our house. Professional and knowledgeable...pleasant installers who knew what they were doing! What more could one ask for? Great guys!

They gave me a ten year warranty on the parts and labels. I've used them before I purchased my system and so they did the servicing for me. They were always very good. They were very prompt when I called them. I had an emergency once and I didn't have any heat or anything. They came out very quickly and checked it out. They told me that I needed a new one. They are readily identifiable as to who they are. They are trust worthy. They were all gentlemen and they are very nice guys. They did an excellent job for me. They did it quickly. It was an excellent job and they didn't leave any mess at all. I did call them once after they installed a new one because I was having some problems with it. They came I think the same day I called. I did get some other estimates and they were lower than one, and higher than another. On one of the estimates I had a discount and so I would not have even considered Rock Branch, but I went with them because of their demeanor and I felt comfortable with them. I will use their services again in the future.

Rock Branch Mechanical sent a service man who did a very thorough job. He arrived on time and finished the work promptly. He took the unit apart, cleaned it, checked the heating and cooling functions, and replaced the parts. I was very well satisfied with the quality of the work. Since I found Rock Branch Mechanical on Angie's list, they have done work for several members of my family and they always have performed good quality work.

My HVAC is approximately 15 years old. It needed to be serviced and I was interested in a continuing contract for service. I contacted the company, based on Angies list recommendations. The office personnel was courteous and very informative. She e-mailed me all information including the maintenance contract. An appointment was scheduled and all costs were quoted up front. The day of the appointment, the technician phone, was prompt,, pleasant and appeared very knowledgeable. He did not appear rushed and was very thorough in his inspection and job. Examination of my outside unit revealed a and quot;very usedand quot; but working contact. I decided to have it replaced. I was not pressured in any way. Just the facts! A refreshing experience. A very pleasant experience and one I would recommend to anyone needing service on their HVAC.

They came and did the job for the price they quoted me. I did not have any problem with them. They were clean and finished the work in a day. We got several estimates and they gave us the best price.

Furnace quit, as they always do, after 5 PM on an evening when the temperature was well below freezing. So, I built a fire (fortunately, I do have a fireplace), and called Rock Branch Mechanical, and a few other heating companies first thing in the morning. Not only did Rock Branch get someone out right away (other companies were less willing to make a prompt service call), when the determination was made that the more-than-30 year-old furnace was well and truly dead, an estimator came quickly, and quoted a most fair and reasonable price. They even managed to do the installation on a Saturday, not something I ever dreamed could happen. The work was done very professionally; the men doing the work were courteous, efficient, and extremely tidy.

Pleased. Would recommend and use them again for their service and professionalism.

Obtained three bids, and Rock Branch came in the middle. They offered a better unit, upgrade to a 14 SEER, and have a good reputation. They employ union labor. Were very responsive, sent out a technician to do the survey, and then the owner's son came out to double check the measurements and make sure the recommended unit was suitable for our needs. They showed up on time and in force for the installation. Three technicians. They said it would be a two day job, but in fact turned into one. Unit has been operating for one month and without flaw.
