They provided an alternative to what I thought I wanted, which was very nice alternative. They were very friendly and responsive to your needs.

Competitive estimate. Provided references. Personable/respectable work crew. Came when scheduled and stayed on the job until it was completed. Beside quality of the product the workmanship was excellent. Protected our flooring and window sills while working inside our home. During the course of the job they continuously checked with us to make sure they were meeting our expectations. They offered suggestions to help us make the right choices on selecting the right replacement windows for our home. They worked in a safe manner. (i.e. supporting the ladder, use of cutting tools, drilling tools, etc.) They were very knowledgeable around window replacement/installation. They cleaned up the work area each day. We received a follow-up call a few days after completion to check and make sure we were satisfied with the job. Great over-all experience. Would definitely use this company again.

They did an excellent job. All the gentlemen were professional and courteous. Once they started the job, they did not quit until it was finished. They have a well organized system where they remove the old roof, while others clean up the debris. Then a couple of them started moving the new shingles and material to the roof. Then they had four nailers going at it. I was impressed by their teamwork. Afterwards they cleaned the area thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The main thing was it seemed like anytime I had a group to cook out, it would rain and I had to put up a tarp or something so I had boys to grill for short of hurricane wind. It worked out very nicely.

David and his son came the day after I called and gave me a price for the repair and explained very thoroughly what the problem was and exactly what they needed to do to repair the roof. The work was done about a week and a half later-they were prompt in getting here and completed the work quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and courteous. My roof has not leaked since the repair was done and it has been tested by some strong rains. I was assured that if it did leak again, they would return and make sure it was fixed. I received a follow-up call from David a couple weeks after the work was completed to make sure the repairs had fixed the problem. All in all, I was very impressed with the service I received and would recommend ProCo Construction because of the quality of the work, the courteous service and the reasonable price.

The gentlemen with ProCo started and completed my parents's roof yesterday after I found them here on Angie's List, and we are completely impressed by the overall experience we had with them and are definitely going to use them again for any project in the future and are planning new windows in the spring. To start, we had Lowe's come out to do an estimate, because we thought we could save money just by having them do it instead of going with a larger outfit. The price was better than expected, but honestly, we've always been disappointed with the projects we've had Lowe's do in the past, so I started searching on Angie's List for a second estimate, or even a third. ProCo was one of the top companies that seemed to have a lot of good reviews (and with good reason) but they also seemed comparable in price to the budget we were hoping to stay within. So I emailed them, detailing what we needed, a new roof and probably replacement of some wood because we had bad spots that were causing leakage through the ceiling. Dave, the owner, emailed me back promptly and mt dad called him. Dave was very friendly and professional from the first conversation. At first they just talked price on the phone, and we were thrilled to find out that they matched Lowe's and didn't even charge for the replacement wood (which ended up being a better grade of wood that was orginally on the roof). Dad called on a Thursday, and Dave came out on Saturday to do the estimate, which impressed and surprised us after going to Lowe's, we were told their estimator would call us in a few days, and after 2 weeks, we called them and it took another 2 before they came out to do an estimate. My dad was very impressed with Dave in meeting him, we'll just say, from what we can tell, he's an honest guy, and that's the kind of business he runs also. After the estimate, he gave us an approximate date on getting started, which ended up only being 2 weeks, we would have had to wait until the end of october, beginning on November with Lowe's. We had a few days of rain, which held off the intial start date, but yesterday they were here at 8am with a good size crew, who were all professional and polite. They worked diligently all day, we hardly saw them off the roof unless it was getting supplies. They broke for lunch a little after 12 and were back in less than 40 minutes, and got right back to it. We were worried about having to provide a portable rest facility because we have animals inside, one of which being a pit bull who is very scared of strangers, but they didn't need to come inside once and we didn't need to provide a porta-john, which would have been an added expense with Lowe's and they would have taken more than just one day. They finished up just before dark and had every last scrap of old roof and wood cleaned up out of our yard, porch and driveway. We can't thank them enough.

We discussed the project and they prepared an estimate. I had two other estimates and theirs was the lowest. They were good at giving new ideas using new materials that I was not familiar with. All through the project they answered my questions, listened to my ideas and were good at doing it the way I wanted or in some cases suggesting an alternate way that was even better. If I wanted something done a different way they would change it. They worked slowly but I wasn't in a hurry and I liked it that they wanted to do the job right.

It went very well. He explained what was causing the leak, how he was going to repair it, and how much it would cost. We were pleased with all of it.

He installed something on my kitchen sink and fixed the clog. He was pretty good and was pretty quick.

They started in the morning and were done by the afternoon. I am very happy with the look of it. The whole crew, from the owner to the work crew was very nice and friendly. I used them because of recommendations from this website. I feel secure in that they warranty their work and will call them again the next time I have a need for a contractor. A very professional and reputable company. Highly recommend. UPDATE:January 2013 Starting around late November we noticed the wall wet where the chimney is. I called Dave in December and told him what was going on and nothing happened. So I called him again after Christmas as the wall was getting worse. I got him and his son to come out and look at the inside of the house and they went out and looked at the roof from the ground. They said it was probably the chimney leaking between the bricks and probably had nothing to do with the roof but that they would check the vent cap and put new caulking around the flashing where it met the chimney and put sealant on the chimney. I noticed one day that there was ice built up around the flashing on the chimney and sent an email of my findings to pro co's email listed on their website on the 5th and another to their Facebook email on the 10th. Here it is mid January and I still have not had any repairs made nor have I heard from anyone as to when this might happen. I called a chimney repair company on Friday the 11th and they came and looked at the chimney from the outside on the 14th and called me that night and told me that the flashing was the problem. I asked how they were certain of this and they said that they could stick their hand between the flashing and the chimney! They are coming on the 17th to fix the flashing. It is very aggravating when someone says their going to do something and then not do it. I understand things come up like illness, family emergencies, etc. but would a phone call or email or text with an update on the when the repairs will be made be too much to ask? I guess so and now I am forced to pay someone else to make to repairs to a one year old roof.

Workmanship was excellent, they always showed up when they said they would. Price was competative. They are very nice,friendly, honest people and I would recommend them highly.

It was a free estimate. It was a father-son run business. They seemed to be too reasonable. They were good. They answered all my questions.

Very good. Took longer than I expected, but other jobs and weather held things up. Very professional and responsive to needs and concerns. Worked around my scheduling needs (ie work some in evening, etc) Spent the time to make sure I was satisfied. Would hire again.

After phoning several companies that said they did not install gutter guards to existing gutters, it was gratifying to locate this company that agreed to come and do a free estimate. The estimate was more than the per-foot estimate given on the initial call, but the installed, recessed, screwed-on gutter guard is a better grade than the snap-on gutter guard. The young man was professional, pleasant, prompt, and efficient.

I will never call him again. im not happy

I was pleased, even considering my previous comments about the two minor issues.

The whole experience was wonderful. They start by giving you a free estimate. They then provide you with a full detailed list of the work being done. They sit down with you and explain everything. They go over their product and show you the benefits of using it. They are very caring and considerate. If you want something they get it for you. They work very hard and get the job done quickly.

I was very impressed. They put a complete new roof and gutters on my house. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. They arrived at my house about 9 AM and my roof was competed and my yard cleaned by 3:00PM. Pretty impresive. Six hours after the roof was competed there was a severe thunderstom and the roof held up. My roof looks great. I would definately hire them again.

Do's hard workers, Do's here almost everyday, but they did come on the weekend to finish. Do's I enjoy talking with them. very down to earth. Do's good on price. Do's GREAT WORK... all my friends love my house. i wish i would have done this earlier...... Thank you, Dave and David
