They preformed the checks and make sure everything is working. That the filters are replaced.

They always contact us before they come, they identify themselves very clearly when they arrive, and they also use shoe covers when they enter your home. We appreciate how dependable they've been, and we just really like their services!

The repair was done by the Clarksburg location. The technician diagnosed the problem and stated the part which was manafactured in 2013 was under warranty. The part was approxomately $500 it was made clear if the part in fact was not under warranty we did want the repair done and wanted to instead look to purcase a new furnace since it was 13 years old. The technician stated our cost would only be $200-300 for installation and a service call. A different technician came and installed the repair part a few days later. He promply handed my wife a $603 dollar bill. My wife immediately questioned the bill and the technician noted it in the remarks. The next day a manager called and the details of the repair were spoken with her. She stated that if we agreed to purchase a new furnace thru her company that the bill would be taken care and the part would be returned to the manafacturer. The manager also stated the original technician stated he never said the part was under under warranty which was a total lie (we had know expectation that any of the parts would be under a warranty due to the age of the furnace so how would we know that if he didn't say it??). I followed up today with the manager and basically got the "we tried in good faith run around". I elected to purchase another furnace with a different company and advised the manger the way this was handled cost them a sell on a new furnace and a customer for good. She also stated that only if I purchased a new furnace thru them would the bill be taken care of. I have spoke with some of my neighbors who said they have had similar issues with this company & no longer use them.The technicians are competent and the office staff are friendly but I would not recommend this company due to their lack of honesty.

One person came in and said that something on my electrical box needed to be turned off. Then someone came in and said that this needed to be turned on. They did fix the issue after selling me a bunch of things including a new thermostat. They were training someone and he found a wire that had been cut by my weed whacker. They put some electrical tape on it and it worked fine. They sold me a "gold warranty package" for $200.00. I called them to get annual maintenance and they told me that it was only good for one year. They said good luck as they left, which actually made me cry.

Great job and Keith came at the start and middle of the job to ensure things were going good. Called for adjustment and Keith came by and fixed. Nice company who still values quality work.

It was an excellent experience. They are extremely professional, pleaseant people to work with, very knowledge based on the different products out there & how they work. They were able to individualize to our needs.

Polite, professional and knowledgeable service. New system was installed quickly and neatly with attention to detail. You can trust that they will do a quality job at a fair price.

Asked to inspect commercial HVAC unit. Tech did not want to climb to roof to inspect it. When they did they missed the fact that the compressor cycled on & off and would not run consistently. Charged an excessive amount for simply taping a seam. Invoice was received & promptly paid. Received multiple invoices. Had to call three times to get it resolved.

The employees were friendly and professional. I am happy with Grogg's.

The conditioner died same day it was supposed to be fixed.

They arrived on time and got the job done in the time they said they would if not a bit earlier. Other than being a little messy, they were polite and professional.

They usually come to you that day or within the week. I never had any issue. They wear shoe covers when they come in my house. I don’t have to worry about getting it on my carpet.

They called, came on time. It was a problem that took a lot of trouble shooting and knowledge of systems. The gentleman who did the work completed it quickly and explained everything that he was doing. He was very careful to wear shoe covers in the house even though I told him he didn{t have to do that.

The technician was prompt, polite and wore shoe protectors. He explained what he was going to do and why. After he checked the system, he explained why it was unfixable in an understandable way. When I asked for a quote on a new system, he couldn't give me one. Company policy is to have another person provide the quote. That way customers can be sure that the technician isn't trying to sell a new system instead of fixing the old one. After the technician leaves, the customer is free to have anyone come and install the new unit. You have to love ethical businesses! He did tell me that they don't make air conditioners to last 20 years (like my old unit) and advised me that no matter who I chose to provide the new unit, I would save money in the long run by buying the service contract. Advice from a professional "grunt" (as he called himself) is always appreciated. I did have someone come and provide a quote for a new unit (he came the next day). Of course, I'm going to get other quotes, but I'm confident that if I choose Grogg's, it will be a quality job.

It went really well. They were very professional, and they had really good service. They were reasonable in price; they were running some kind of a special that we did. We were happy with everything. So far, the quality has been good.

Arrived on time. Found a defect that had previously been undetected. Very professional.

I called Grogg's Heating and Air Conditioning for an estimate since they sold York products. Grogg's had a special for the month of March on the furnace and air. Since my furnace was 24 years old, I decided to replace both, I knew it would cost about $3000.00 just for the air. The salesman was very knowledgeable about York products went into detail about any question that I had. The installers were also very professional, went over the furnace, air and (also purchased a humidifier for additional cost). They also added a larger duct for a bedroom, but after the installation was completed, the new duct started making a crackling noise. Grogg's sent a man right away, wrapped the duct with insulation, all is completed, no noise, I am very pleased with Grogg's, everyone was very polite and handled themselves in a very professional manner.

It is pretty good. We have it done once a year. Yes we have yearly contract with them. Last appointment was right before winter maybe September. The approximate cost of the service is $180 per contract. They come and clean the air conditioning system and heating system and performed full maintenance needed on it. It goes pretty good. They don’t mess with that. They put down stuff if they have to work on equipment. They put down stuff that takes care of the mess. Their price I guess it’s about a “C” I mean it’s not the best price. They come right away.

Installed 2 furnaces for me. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was right.

The furnace was fine when the technician was there, but then it would not come on the next day. I called, and they sent another technician to look at it the next day. It kicked on when he was there, he checked a few things, and then said it was okay. They charged me for the service call. I felt as though they could have given some sort of discount, since it had not even been 24 hours. They were very nice, but I was also told by the first technician that Grogg's charges more for any service or product. I suppose I felt a little taken advantage of, especially since they didn't even have to really do anything the second time.

They did a complete duct work cleaning and installed new humidifier and air cleaner. There was an initial problem in operation but they came the next day and fixed it.

They replaced my thermostat and were very knowledgeable and courteous. Made sure we knew how to program the thermostat before they left. Came out right away when they heard we had no heat!
