Description of Work: Great job, Don arrived on time agreed for the estimate, had good suggestions on equipment. He listened and came up with a system that fit our needs not a stock system. The installers arrived right on time and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: replaced the furnace and AC units. This included cleaning of the vents. This was over several days and I was informed each day of what time to expect them to show up (normally around 9). Each day they were within 5 minutes of the time stated. I will be contacting them again when I replace my water heater.

Description of Work: As part of a service contract, they inspected the furnace and its operating system. They changed out the blower filter and the humidifier pad, both of which I already had in possession. They did notice the absence of a CO monitor and offered a proposal for purchase and installation. We agreed to this add-on. |

Description of Work: Furnace was only working intermittently, they initially planned an after-hours service call, but the tech was available and in the area during normal hours, so he came by, fixed the furnace (drain clogged), and only charged the regular service call rate!

Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and whole house air conditioning. The work was quick and efficient although one of the workers was a little slack about tracking dirt in the house. There was a little confusion about payment options but that easily rectified. Overall, it was an excellent job and I would recommend them highly.
