Description of Work: I called wanting help with issue of water flow over gutters. Jason came out and said needed to put on gutter guards and if that didn't work would need to go to the larger gutter. He cleaned the gutter, it rained and there was overflow. If I had done the gutter guard I would have had to have them come back out and it would have meant more cost to me to switch latter. So I called and requested larger gutters with no guard since it is in a low point on the roof and I can clean out leaves myself. My feeling was that he didn't try very hard to find the best solution for me the customer. I also needed an additional down drain put in on the very top of the house and a small area closed off. The drain was put in so it looked very obvious and not attractive at all. Also my cat was closed up in the roof which they may not have know about. I called Jason about it and he didn't see where that could be their responsibility and basically didn't care. I then tore up my porch roof to get her out. He did come back and fixed the down spout on the front so that it looks better. | This was not a large job but it cost $2489 for 5"" gutter on the back and the down spout on the front. And also very small piece of metal to close off hole. I would not recommend or use them again. Feeling is they don't really care about the customer.

Description of Work: They woman I talked to seemed uninterested in doing the job on the phone. Commented it might not be with their while to do such a small job so, I did not pursue it anymore. I was replacing a large picture window in my living room and having baseboard put though out my house. Also, was getting estimates on adding on to my home and redoing the entire outside. |I did go with another company you recommended and the materials are ordered and will do the work as soon as they come in. They were very professional on the phone and when they came out to give me an estimate.

I had to pay for some things above the estimate (insulation, floor refinishing). The final payment was more than expected due to his increased cost but without prior notice. this was in 2011.
