We had a water leak (constant drip) coming from the washing machine hookup. I called on Thursday afternoon was told that someone could come out on Monday. The repairmen arrived promptly and were professional. They were able to replace the hot and cold shut-off valves quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again in the future.

They blew up our commode and we weren't happy with them at all. They considered themselves the best and didn't even apologize for what they did and left us on our own. I was too mad that I wanted them off the property. Furthermore, their price was high and unreasonable. We will go down and buy parts from them, but we'll never ask them to fix anything again.

It was a good experience overall.

Had to have my garbage disposal replaced. It took more than two hours therefore it cost a bit more because of labor costs. He installed it and fixed a small leak that I had. He was prompt and professional.

We had a BAD link under our new kitchen sink..Come to find out, the plumbing was installed by another company improperly. These guys fixed the leak, installing the pipes properly, and fixed the water connection on our frig (it hadn't been tapped properly). They came, had it all figured out and were gone within 20 minutes. PLUS they called to ask if they could come earlier that what they scheduled, which was great. I highly recommend them.

I called Hugharts on Monday and they arrived the next day. They were on time and did a very thorough job. James is an excellent plumber and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them again if we have a problem. We were so happy and well pleased with them. I just wish that we would have called them earlier for some other plumbing problems that we were having.

This company has been serving the Morgantown area for many years and based on their past reputation I called them to give me an estimate on installing a new gas line from the basement up to my kitchen on a house I had just in May of this year ( the kitchen was total electric and the range top and oven needed to be replaced due to age and my wife wanted a gas stove/oven anyway) the workman arrived on time looked over the job at hand which required tieing into the existing gas line in the downstairs basement area in the work shop with flexible gas line through the ceiling in the finished basement up to the kitchen where there was no existing gas service( gas line that was downstairs supplied the furnace and the gas fireplace which was both in the downstairs area so this was a new install. after looking over the job I was given an estimate of approx $600.00 the estimate was approximated due to not knowing how much time for labor would be needed. at this point I was extremely pleased with the price because I had obtained and estimate from another local plumbing company and their estimate was $1,400.00 for the same job. I agreed to give Hughart's the job, on install day the workman arrived on time performed the installation as agreed pulled the new line installed new shutoff valves for the stove,furnace and fireplace and checked all for leaks with none found , even as a bonus they installed and connected my new stove so we were up and cooking that evening. and as an extra bonus after the job was complete and the bill was totaled IT WAS ACTUALLY $100.00 LESS than the original estimate, how can you argue with that. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be using them again for some other projects in the future.

Nick & James are outstanding plumbers. This time, Nick came with another employee, They changed both faucets in record time while being sticklers for making sure no leaks were present, etc. They are the best in town if you have a plumbing issue.

Arrived on time appointed and were friendly. Went well ! Pricey but, no more so than the cost of faucets from another service.
