I contacted Billy Haines to request an estimate to repaint my basement. He was very professional and gave me an estimate with in several days. Billy scheduled his crew and completed the job in 1-1/2 days. The previous painter I hired had made a lot of mistakes and left areas that needed painted undone. Billy's crew was able to correct the previous painters mistakes and did a beautiful job. I will definitely use B & M painting company again for my future painting needs and will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I recently relocated my family to West Virginia from Florida, and my wife and I were looking to have the interior of our new home painted prior to moving in. We had a somewhat tight schedule, as I closed on our home on June 11th, and planned to move in on June 22nd. I contacted B&M Painting after seeing the positive reviews on Angie's List, and had a conversation with the owner, Billy Haines. He was very personable and accommodating, and we were able to select our colors, get an estimate, and have the job performed within 10 days. Throughout this process, he was both communicative and very responsive to our questions and requests. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, and especially happy with the outstanding customer service provided by Billy. Shortly after I arrived at the new house on the morning of June 22nd (a Saturday) to await the moving company, Billy dropped by to check in on the house and make sure we were pleased with the service. The only (very minor) issue we had with the job was a very light layer of fine dust visible on the hardwood floors. Billy was very apologetic, explaining that his crews sand the walls in preparation for the new coats of paint, that they had used drop cloths throughout the house, and were always very careful to clean up fully after completing their work. It was an extremely minor complaint to an otherwise outstanding job, but Billy was adamant that we not pay until we were completely satisfied. Upon receiving the invoice for the work performed, we saw that he had given us a "clean-up" discount, something we had not requested or expected. He also reiterated that we should contact him if we later find any problems, and he will be happy to fix it. I'm very happy I looked to Angie's List and found B&M to do our painting. I also thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with Billy. From start to finish, he showed he truly "gets it" with regards to professionalism and customer service. I will certainly use B&M Painting for any other painting we may need in the future, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Fantastic and fast!

I called B&M Painting for an estimate to paint the interior of my house. They came out that day, and had an estimate for me by the next morning. We started work about a week later. They were very easy to work with, and did a very good job for a reasonable price. I suppose my only complaint would be that I started with 4 painters, and after the first couple of days, for whatever reason, we were down to 2. It made the job go a couple of days over what we had anticipated. But, overall, I was very satisfied. I changed my mind a couple of times about paint color, and they took it in stride, and didn't charge over their cost for the change.

From start to finish, my experience with B&M Painting has been nothing but spectacular. The owner, Billy, is a friendly, generous, caring business owner who is a pleasure to work with. He is very accommodating and worked with our busy schedules and ever changing minds to accomplish the job. He truly goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I will definitely use B&M Painting for all my future painting needs!

Contacted B&M in July yo obtain an estimate to paint exterior of home and garage. Mr. Haines responded very promptly and visited our home soon after. Estimate received shortly thereafter. Mr. Haines gave us several suggestions regarding the paint type. He was also very helpful with suggestions on dealing with persistent carpenter bee issues. They were very good at keeping informed about the approximate start date. Project started in late September. House and garage were completely power washed and complete surface area preparation. Siding and railing were hand brushed. Crew was very professional and cleaned up daily Project took approximately one week to complete. Extremely satisfied with finsihed product. Will use them again.

They actually did so so work but the owner himself came back out and fixed all the mistakes his workers made. So it looks great now.

They are very thorough, conscientious and they do a great job.

The owner came out to do the estimate. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The crew took care of some changes we made during the job. I am very impressed with the quality of the paint and the quality of the job. The crew was punctual, responsive, and very professional. They did an excellent job painting the interior of my home.
