The paint job was large. It took a crew of four painters five days to complete. The painters were professional and friendly. The job was done correctly and the painters were conscientious about the quality of their work. It took a bit longer to schedule than I had hoped but given the circumstances (COVID-19), that was not surprising to me. All in all, I had an excellent experience with B & M Painting and I highly recommend this company.

They never contacted me about doing the work.

I was very happy with the result. Bill was very friendly and very efficient. I even got some good painting tips for next DYI project. I highly recommend B & M Painting and would not hesitate to hire again.

Ok couldn’t have been better at clearing up

I hired B&M to paint my townhouse I purchased. They had a lot to do to include removing wall paper, border, trim, etc. The job was done professionally and the crew were great to work with. Would highly recommend. Pricing may be a little high, but worth it in the end.

Was a little sloppy with the paint. Broke a few brackets to blinds. Paint job looks good

Billy and his team showed up when they said they would, they were very thorough and took care not to drip paint anywhere. Very clean lines, I would definitely use them again. Cost included all materials.

Once the date was set in stone, everything went well. Getting the time/date set was a little bit of a struggle but the work was done well.

Never happened. Estimate provided in late September with a completion in mid-late October given. By early November, no communication from company. Upon inquiry, date pushed back to spring of 2017. Owner was very pleasant to deal with, however it seemed apparent that my job was not a priority.

They did an excellent job on time and within budget! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Highly recommended!!

B & M Painters were wonderful! They were friendly, polite, and did a superb job. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful not to get stain anywhere but where it should be. We would be willing to pay a premium for service like this but their price was competitive if not even a little lower than two other contractors we received estimates from. We would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service all the way around. Billy was quick to respond in providing us with a fair quote for a rather extensive job. He brought his team out early to look over the work with us, to include some poor drywall work done by another contractor. B&M was kind enough to repair the shoddy drywall work in addition to repairing several nail pops all in preparation for painting. They were careful to lay drop clothes throughout the house during both the prep work and the painting. The quality of the paint work was very good. Lines were nicely trimmed and multiple coats were applied. Because we are awaiting replacement of our front doorway, Billy elected to complete all of the work except for the wall on which the door is located. He was good enough to delay completion of the job until the door is replaced and the entire wall can be painted. The dedication to a quality product is very evident with B&M!

Great. We met for estimate. Received in timeframe specified. Painters did very nice job. Repaired, caulked and painted. Left no mess. Done in two days.

I recently wanted to paint my house. I got 2 estimates1 being from B&M. Their estimate was $800 less than the other estimate I received. I was a little afraid that since the estimate was so low it would show in their work, I was wrong. Billy and his crew were always on time, cleaned up after themselves and the painting was precise and clean. I wound definitely recommend. I am going to have them do other rooms in my house.

I've always done all of my own painting but my health now keeps me from being able to tackle such a project. It was not easy to have to pay a painter for this service. I thought the price was high. But after a couple of estimates, I saw B&M was right in line with everyone else. They did a wonderful job and saved me so very much work and stress. It was well worth it in the end. A fairly large crew. I believe 5 men came and worked and my whole house was complete in just a few days. Only thing I could suggest to them is that the crew let us know when they were done for the day. They'd be so good and efficient and just quietly leave at the end of their work day. We'd hardly know they had even left they were so quiet. Since I'd never hired a painter before this I did not know to expect them to move everything. I tried to pack up a lot of the little decorative things and found that they would move EVERTHTING out of the way and put it all back when they were done. It would have saved me a little more stress knowing ahead of time that they provide this service. But they were REALLY good about it all. Nothing got broke, not got damaged. Everything was completed just the way it was promised. I definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get a big or a small job done. I also will not hesitate again in the future when I need something painted. They are worth the money they charge.

Contacted me to arrange a time to complete a free estimate. He took measurements and said he would send me cost by room via email within 2-3 days. It has been over 7 days and have not heard from him again. Nothing! I feel if he wasn't interested in doing the job, had to many jobs scheduled, or whatever he should have let me know that. I have NEVER received the estimate. This is very unprofessional. I would not hire him now and certainly would not recommend him.

Billy, the owner, did an outstanding job re staining the exterior trim of our house which is mahogany. He stripped, sanded, and applied Sikkens stain. It was expensive, but for the amount of effort that went into the project and the quality of the finished project , it was a good value. I will definitely be using them again. Billy was also contracted to re stain our deck. He determined that the wood was too rotted and said that we should have someone else just tear it down. Billy was honest and hard working and did an excellent job.

So many great things to be said about Billy Haines! We are genuinely looking forward to working with him again and couldn't image going with anyone else. The quality of his work is just as impressive as the quality of his character and professionalism. At this point it's safe to say that choosing any other company would be settling for less. He responded very quickly to our initial contact (the other 4+ companies we contacted took days to respond to our voicemails) and immediately set up an estimate on a time and day that worked best for US. We were on a very tight time constraint to get our townhouse move-in ready for our first tenant all the while moving into our own new home. Mr. Haines took all of this into consideration and made a promise to get the work done by the date needed - Even though it meant doing the work himself, by himself! There is no question that B&M Painting will give you the time, attention, and quality of work you deserve. Mr. Haines was there exactly when he said he would be, went right to work, and required minimal space to get the job done - Meaning we could continue to live our lives and complete our daily tasks 100% with zero distraction or impediment. We are over-the-moon with Mr. Haines as a person, the process, and the final outcome. You'll find contractors who will charge you less and you'll wonder if the quality is good enough - Dig into their reviews and photos and you'll find it's not! You'll also find contractors who will charge you more and will claim the quality is worth it - Don't waste your time! If you're reading these reviews it's because you want to make the right decision - THIS is DEFINITELY the person you want to work with. As soon as we are up and running in our new home we will be giving him a call to paint here as well. We will never go through the stress of painting another room again! Billy was wonderful. I talked to him on Friday and he stopped by next day to provide an estimate--even though he was involved in a wedding that afternoon. Price was very reasonable and the work was completed in time frame estimated, Our great room is 22 feet high and the painters had to patch a hole where the beam connected to the roof. The paint job itself was beautifully done. We will definitely use B&M again and have no hesitation recommending them.

They did and excellent job of thoroughly doing the job and taking their time to make sure everything painted in a professional manner. I would definitely use them in the future.

This is a phenomenal company. Billy, the owner is one of the most courteous and professional people that I have ever met. The job was done right including 2 coats of primer throughout the house. If you want the best painter in the area then look no further. B&M is as good as it gets. Fast, responsive, professional and conscientious.

Ken and Dave were prompt, professional and perfect! They fixed problems, made suggestions that were sensible and were reliable. We will definitely use B&M Painting again. We are extremely particular about our home and their painters honored our home as if it was their own.
