Description of Work: Had Don repair a ceiling and paint as well as put in two light fixtures and some blinds. He did a great job.

Description of Work: Mr. Becher and his wife are very courteous and responsive when you are dealing with them, however it have been over 6 weeks since I first made contact with them and no services have been done. Mr. Becher was at my house within 48 hrs of the initial contact quoting approximately $800 to fix too small water damaged spots on my ceiling and repainting the entire ceiling. Mr. Becher said his drywall guy would be able to match up the pattern on the ceiling. I thought it was a little expensive, but based on the rating off angies list I said ok. We are trying to put our house on the market. After two weeks of waiting for the drywall guy to make contact with me, I decided to call mr. Becher back. I was informed that the drywall guy was on vacation and he apologized. Again, saying that his guy would contact me shortly. Again, I waited for their drywall guy to call me and no response. So again I called them back when they apologized for the delay. Last week I finally spoke to the drywall guy! He apologized and said, we were just talking about you last week... He said that he could come over this weekend to look at it. I told him Thursday didnt work, but saturday I would be around all day. If saturday didn't work, I would be off both Monday and Tuesday. He said that he would call me on saturday to let me know the time since he was working another job on saturday. I told him to just let me know since again I was off Monday and Tuesday. It is now Friday and I have yet to hear from him. It has been close to six weeks since I made initial contact with mr. Becher and approximately 4-5 follow up calls and still can not put my house on the market. Shame on my diligence on follow up with the company that does not want my business. If they thought the job was too small, they should of let me know from the start instead of stringing me along. Would not recommend.

Description of Work: I waited all summer for Mr. Becher to heal from surgery because two years ago I gave him an excellent review.. He was great. He did come by and promised to give me an estimate. But after a couple of weeks and a couple of calls on my part, he never responded. I will go to another Angire's lis provider and indicate that while they said they would call the next day, I am now waiting about a week--no answer. I am beginning to think Angie's List is not the way to go.

Description of Work: Two coats paint and caulk in bathroom. Looked job over and gave price. Brought tools and painted 2 coats in 9 hours. Caulked and clean up.

Description of Work: Don was amazing! We had water damage and he talked to the insurance company and held our hands the entire way! He completed the job in a timely manner and with high quality work and spees. I felt good about Don and even let him keep a house key so he could come in and out easily. Don was there when we needed him! My wife was due to give birth and all this extra stress was not helpful... Don took the weight off of our backs. We highly recommend him and will use his services as much as possible!

Description of Work: Contacted Mr. Becher about painting the interior of a house. He canceled first appt and rescheduled with my daughter who was needing the work done at her new house. He came out and she had several other things that needed done such as a set of interior steps and he basically said that he wants the whole job and would not just do the steps. He was to call her with an estimate. He never called.
