Description of Work: During the winter, we thought we had a frozen pipe. They came very quickly prepared to thaw a pipe. It turned out to be just mineral accumulation, which they promptly repaired. They had to charge us $200 for this because it was emergency service. They had had to reschedule other customers. While they were there, they checked my water heater and recommended replacing the elements or replacing it with a new water heater. When the snow melted, they replaced the water heater with a larger one for $1000. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Our outdoor faucet was leaking. I called him quite early, he was very professional, and came the same day to fix the issue. He charges a few dollars more per hour than the plumber my neighbor uses, but I continue to call him because he is fair, honest and very professional. He has done larger work for us in the past and is always reliable.
