Trent Vance from Advanced Building LLC is a man among men. Super intelligent, photographic memory, multi talented. He can do mechanic work, electrical, framing, carpentry. Excellent, Christian man. Honest and a man of integrity. You will not go wrong with Advanced Building LLC. He helped finish up some work on my new house and I love it.

Owner Trent listened to my plan for the project, and didn’t try to change the plan to make it easier on him. This was a 24x24 low-rise, freestanding deck with handicap ramp and trex-style decking. He gave accurate estimates, with no gotchas or surprises. After the planning phase, he was punctual every day of the project. Supplies were planned out and delivered on time with no dead time. He did not rush the project or do cheap construction or fabrication. His cuts are accurate, no large or uneven gaps, and the deck is sturdy with no squeaks or bounces. This is the company you want for your deck or porch project. The owner is the installer and the quality shows.
