They were good, showed up on time, did the work, and they were very pleasant.

We called and needed service that day. Although they were busy they managed to fit us in.

I called Marty and he was able to go to the Home Depot to pick up the water heater for me to install. When he got to the house he noticed the water heater had a dent on it, so he brought it to our attention and took it back to Home Depot to get a different one for us, all at no additional charge. He did a great job installing the water heater and even provided a warranty for his work. He was very affordable and professional. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Marty!

I don't remember how much Cantrell Plumbing charged me for the water softener because I had to pay for the tank too since it was a combination of both. The guy was very friendly and very safe. I gave him advice and he was very careful with what he did and he did a good job. I didn't feel like his charges were unreasonable.

Our problem was a relatively minor one, installing a garbage disposal. The idiot who installed the old one, had glued the pipes. My husband and I have changed disposals before, but the gluing stumped us. Angies list to the rescue. I called Cantrell plumbing on a Sunday and left a messge, someone returned my call within 10 minutes! Told them my problem, they actually told me how to fix the glue problem, if we wanted to attempt it ourselves, at that point we were so disgusted we opted for someone else to do it. Which turned out to be a good thing. The plumbers showed up at 4pm, the following day, they were great, friendly, clean (which I found surprising as they had been working all day) and they got right to work. Hmm the new disposal to big for the space!! Never fear, they cut and moved some pipes and the new disposal went right in. Oh and they fixed a leak we didn;t know we had. They hardly made any mess, what little they did, they cleaned up. a total of about 1-1/2 hours, and $125.00, I couldn't be happier. Would I use them again, oh yes. Infact I wished I hadn;t gotten more business cards to hand out to my friends and neighbors.

Every visit has been entirely satisfactory. Mr Cantrell has my confidence and I recommend his services highly.

There were a couple of scheduling issues, but not too big. I'm concidering using them again on another project. Nice guys, polite and professional.

Marty was the third plumber we called, and the only one willing to come out in the afternoon so that my wife and I wouldn't have to take time off from school (we're both teachers). He arrived right on time with his assistant (son) and promptly got to work. They quickly assessed the problem, ran out for some parts they had not anticipated and got the job done efficiently. They were very polite, professional, and cleaned up after their work. I was very impressed with Cantrell Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

I had researched plumbers about 6 months ago and had written down Cantrell Plumbing as my first choice based on the Angie's List reviews. I went to the cellar (and I mean cellar - small room under part of 100 year old house) to reset the breaker. I walked in to a small jet of water shooting from the pipe. I did a lame job of putting some plastic tape on it and called Cantrell Plumbing. Mr Cantrell answered on the third ring and set a time for the next afternoon. He arrived as expected, was very professional, and totally knowledgeable. I have a list of things in my head I want to call him back to tackle. Great experience. Thank you Angie.

Looking for someone to do a galvanized plumbing system replacement in a whole house. Took several calls to get a hold of someone. When I did talk to someone they told me they were scheduling about 2 months out. This is beyond when I needed to get the work done so we decided not to further pursue an estimate. I would have rated them as an A despite this if I had actually gotten more timely responses to my initial phone call. I would probably contact them again if I needed bids on another job.

I contacted Cantrell Plumbing to install a new faucet in my kitchen and possibly my bathroom. They arrived when they said they would, installed the kitchen faucet (I opted not to have them do the bathroom because the installation fee was a little more than I had at the time-would've been nice to have a discount on a second install or something of that nature, which is the only reason for the "B" rating on price) in about an hour's time and cleaned up everything when they left. They were very courteous and professional and I will definitely contact them again in the future. I would recommend them highly!

A small wet spot appeared on our kitchen ceiling over Thanksgiving weekend. Mr. Cantrell answered the call right away and was able to come to our house that same day. He responds quickly to calls, is very professional, and stands by his work. I would definitely use him for any plumbing needs in the future.

Cantrell Plumbing answered their cell phone when no one else would and then came over to fix the drain in only a few hours after I called with a 2 hour response time.

We had a significant water leak from an upstairs bathroom and also had lost pressure in all water in the house. We chose Cantrell from Angie's list. The company was responded immediately. We got an appointment promptly. The leak was found and repaired. The water pressure issue was resolved so that we had water and then permanently repaired. Cantrell has done additional work for us including replacement of a water tank. He is prompt, reasonable, professional. We highly recommend this company.

Don't worry about Cantrell plumbing. Just call them up and put them to work.

In both visits Cantrell was efficient, honest, and courteous. He came soon after being called. The drain clearance required some very uncomfortable work with a snake and he 'went the extra mile' to run it twice all the way through the drainage system in order to clear out fat deposits. The clean ups afterwords were good. This is an excellent service.

Dave showed up at the time he stated. He and is helper went right to work, no messing around. They did excellent work in minimal time. This was not a large job but was done professionally.
