Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater. Came the day after we called them and gave us an estimate. Returned to do the job exactly when they said they would. Very pleasant and professional. Would definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

Description of Work: Was having issues with my propane heater not staying lit. They came out, turned everything back on, and it worked. Though they didn't perform any service, they did come out and let me know what items to look out for, and what my options where if the problems continue.

Description of Work: We initially had a water softener installed and they did an outstanding job. We called for a consultation and pricing on further work we wanted done. They sent a man out who provided not only a reasonable quote but also gave great advice if we wished to do some of the work on our own. We would definitely use them again for major plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Marty and crew installed a new water softener. After he told me the "real deal" with these units, we chose a very good unit at a reasonable cost. Marty was on time and did the work quickly and professionally. While doing the job he noticed a potential problem area of corrosion. After a minor amount of confusion in communication the issue was addressed and all is well. I would, without hesitation, recommend Cantrell Plumbing for excellent workmanship, a fair (not cheap - fair) price for service done, and excellent all around quality of service and product.

Description of Work: Called Mr. Cantrell he walked me through troubleshooting basic issues. He stated it may be a broke wire in the well or the well pump. He said he would not be able to get to it for a couple days, and recommended a company that handles wells only.

Description of Work: I thought my bathroom had a leak and would drip on my ceiling. But no leak. Marty came by he was profession and reviewed all possible combinations to settle my concerns. Oh well no new excuse to buy a new toilet with the cool close down lid!

Description of Work: I have not yet used Cantrell's services. The owner of the business came to my home to assess my need for plumbing and equipment, and to offer an estimate. He also told me where to have my water tested at no cost. I plan to call him sometime in 2013 to do the work, but, of course, not until I can afford it. I mailed him the water test results and assured him I would call him again in the foreseeable future. He was most courteous and professional, in my opinion. Thank you.

Description of Work: I had low water pressure, he came promply and checked faucets. Then went to basement to check water lines and found no leaks but a clogged in-line filter. Changed and gave me further instructions for future needs. Extremely polite, careful and reasonable. I also had him install a water softener in September and was equally pleased with his work.
