He responded to my phone call immediately. Showed up when he said he would. Worked consistently and speedily. Got the job done well. Was neat and left the place in good shape. I would definitely hire again.

He came in to check out our washing machine but he could not find anything wrong with it. Then we told him that we wanted him to look at our toilet and he charged us $250 to change the toilet flushing lever. I felt like the pricing was unfair. He was charging by the hour instead of by labor. It would have been better for him to charge a flat fee for evaluating our situation instead of an hourly charge. The buoy system in the toilet still does not work properly.

We had a problem with sewer gas refluxing back through our kitchen, garage, and bathroom drains. Nathan took a look at the drains and could tell me immediately why the problem was happening, that the drains we had allowed the water trap to siphon out. He installed a modern drain system that should prevent that problem, and we haven't had any gas since. He also figured out that our garage drain basically had no water trap. He opened up the concrete, put in an appropriate drain, and repaired the concrete. He also identified another problem with the drain pipe coming from our kitchen. Basically everything was wrong - the pipe was too small in diameter, it sagged as it came out of the kitchen causing water buildup, and it wasn't connected properly to the main drain. He replaced that entire section. This was a couple months ago now, and we have had no problems since. Everything works beautifully. Lastly, while all these other repairs were going on, a pipe froze in our garage. He assessed the pipe and determined that it hadn't frozen. Then he wrapped it with heat tape and insulation, without any delay, which should prevent any further problems. Nathan was always punctual, entirely professional, clearly knows how plumbing should work and why bad plumbing doesn't, and charged a great price. We won't be using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

I contacted him the evening before and he arrived the next morning. I watched from beginning to end. I'm a die-hard DIY'er and know that some jobs I'm best asking someone with experience to do. First, he secured the flange, which is something I wouldn't have thought to do. Second, before setting the toilet, he measured 12" from the wall to the bolts which, again, is something I wouldn't have known to do. Finally, as he's setting the toilet, he was able to feel how well the toilet was "secured" to the wax-ring, which is something I couldn't have known. Well done job at a fair price.

Nathan and Knight Plumbing are flat-out wonderful! Nathan was able to figure out the issue quickly (and it wasn't all that easy to determine), locate the trouble spot and fix the plumbing problem fast and with little or no mess. Now, how many plumbers out there can you say THAT about?! Unfortunately, Morgantown isn't exactly known for outstanding workmanship and customer service in the plumbing field, but Knight Plumbing is truly exceptional. I discovered a water leak just below my floor in the bathroom. The line that goes to the tank of the commode was leaking, and it was a big leak. Nathan McBride returned my call within an hour and we made arrangements for 5:30pm, as I was at work. He was right on time. He was very friendly, kind, and explained everything to me. I could not believe how fast he was finished! First he had to locate the shut off valve under my house which took a little time and within an hour and 15 mins. he was finished!! He was punctual, efficient and professional. He was kind enough to explain his work when I asked and I felt like he was committed to providing quality service. He is clearly a master in his field and I will definitely use him for future problems.

We couldn't be more satisfied. Nathan responded the same day he was called and immediately came to look at our project. He began work the next day, and when we asked for an additional project than originally discussed, he was able to accommodate us the next day. All work was completed in a timely manner with our convenience in mind. He checked to make sure everything was functioning properly and cleaned up after himself. After calling a few companies from a google search in the area on 4/28/15 when the issue occurred, no company wanted to come out and replace my pressure reducer valve because it was in the ground and not in the house.
