Not one contractor contacted me for information on replacing a water heater. Still waiting after several weeks. I expected better.

Excellent. Diagnosed the problem, taught me something about water heaters, gave two options at good prices, took care of procuring and installing the new heater, got rid of the old one, and brought something else up to code to boot. And they left it spotless - you can't even tell they were there other than the new heater.

Not as professional as expected. Problems continued and another plumber had to be called. The new plumber was half the price for the same job/time.

Though the work was done quite well, it was extremely expensive. When asked for an estimate, the contractor indicated that it would depend. I should have insisted on the estimate.

Nathan was our hero. Right before the Labor Day weekend, the plumbing backed up and we knew we had a clog somewhere. He came out the same day I called, determined where the clog was, and went to work. He snaked the line to the street and found that the line was not clogged but broken. This was a whole new mess, but he got us started on the right path. He also explain some issues with the plumbing inside the house, and explained what we would want to do to correct them. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I will be calling him again for any other plumbing needs.

Nathan was very knowledgeable and professional, and the best part is that he was the only one who made time to come fix this issue for us. Other contractors would have been available a week from when our problem arose, but Nathan found time the next day, despite his busy schedule.

Nathan was very knowledgeable about the possible causes and provided us with information on testing our water as well as various techniques for flushing any potential bacteria out of the plumbing. Gave some additional advice for a future renovation we are going to do in the kitchen.

I called and Nathan came over within 20 minutes. He fixed the problem hooked up some Grade A PEX piping and installed my water spigot. I also talked to him about a fee things I was thinking about fixing and he was helpful in giving insight as to what would be needed.

They were able to use their tools to unblock within 30 minute. Cleaned up everything and we are all set to go.

Called for an estimate and got quick response. Estimate matched my research and job was scheduled quickly. Installation was fast, well done, and clean up was impressive. We have an older house and any home repair/improvement we have done always includes little surprises/complications. This small project was no exception. After quick installation, hot water was not working as before. Mr. Knight was extremely patient and took time to try and figure out what was going on. He was able to assess the problem and come up with a solution that solved a very strange issue. We are DIYers and this project, which took Knight less than a full day (including problems), would have taken us a week of frustration to do ourselves. I would highly recommend and plan to use service again for future projects.

My kitchen sinks were backed up, and I needed someone in a hurry. I called Knight Plumbing before 8 AM and left a message. With just a few minutes, the gentleman called me back. He apologized and said he could not come out till a few days later because he was having surgery that day. I really appreciated his calling to let me know... So even though I did not receive any service from Knight Plumbing, I felt compelled to give him a great review because of his "customer service." If I need plumbing service again, he will be the first person I call, again.
