Randy was prompt to reply to my call and even though mine was a small job (2-3 shingles lost) he came out the very next day. He is a very personal man and gets right to work and is very reasonable as to charges. I asked for additional business cards as I will definitely use him if needed in the future as well as recommend him to others.

I contacted 6 roofers. 3 replied. 1 came out as soon as he got my dispatch. He got the job, repairing a hole created by a tree branch traveling at 100 MPH that speared my roof and shook the house. I would hire these folks again in an instant, and have already recommended them.

Additionally, hired them to remove a number of large trees that were a danger to my house, all deck railing, stairs, and tree work was impeccable, all cost were as stated, the owner randy and all his staff were a joy to work with. They were professional, prompt in work and correspondence, helpful with my questions and patient with all of my pickines. I have already lined up addition projects for them to perform on my home and property, I can not emphasize enough the exceptional quality of their work, attention to detail, cooperativeness, and the excellence of this contractor!

I love my new deck and the roofing over it. My greatest disappointment is that my phone calls have gone unanswered and I still have an unfinished area on the roof gable, which is open to the elements. I know that this company is very busy but my project took far longer to complete than we expected. The work performed is excellent quality and can't be faulted. (Except for the missing area) The price was extremely reasonable. I was going to have this company replace the roof on our house but due to the time concerns we chose to go elsewhere.

The use of the website photos of the complex roof are not authorized. We are currently paying for significant repairs to our roof and interior of our home, as a result of incorrect installation. After only two years, and the first challenging winter, the quality shingles did not fail; the installation techniques were improper and not as originally agreed upon. Licensed home inspector supports this information. It took months, not the 5 days promised to install and many excuses were offered. Though respectful presentation, abilities to do the work were not consistent with the job's needs.
