Randy did a fabulous job on replacing the rotten posts on our porch. In the middle of winter, he went beyond our expectations. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and properly made the repair, not shortcuts. His wife cleaned up the worksite of scraps, nails and such, other than their fantastic work you would not know they had been there. We wholeheartedly would recommend Randy for home repairs and should we need him again, we will not hesitate to call him. Thank you Randy and your lovely wife.

I am writing this in hopes that I won’t regret it. So far the experience with this professional has been amazing. He responded immediately. Came out very next day. Got me immediate pricing that evening on several jobs needing to be completed. Deck , siding , and fencing. . Looking forward to having many projects completed with this pro and possibly an entire home built at the conclusion of my these jobs first. . I am a small business owner myself. Honestly it gets very tiring talking to other pros who are looking to make a million off one job. Not the case with this gentleman. I strongly suggest if you are in the market for any construction you have this man come and estimate the work your needing done. . It’s great to see other professional business owners still doing business as I do , honest and upfront. Not adding additional bogus charges. Will update after work is completed. He came to see what we wanted done. He said he could do the job and would send us his quote that evening but never did. Five days later and still no quote. We’ve decided to do the work ourselves.

Mr. Rockell is dedicated to insuring the best job possible. He is detailed and is willing to work with customers regarding any changes that they may want I am glad that I chose him to replace my deck.

It has been several months and nothing is finished. Now its winter and my roof still has issues and leaks. Total waste of time. They have not returned a text or call in over a month and their ladder is still in my yard.

unprofessional. Did not show up, No phone calls. Called three times - got answering machine. Left messages - no response. Have hole in roof with rain coming. Pray that I do not have any more damage until the roof is fixed. Do not recommend.

Knew exactly what was wrong.

I was flexible on timing and Randy was able to work me in between jobs. Once he and his crew began however, they finished the job within hours. They were back the next day to complete clean up as well. Other than the excellent work they did, we'd never know they had been there. They handled everything from A-Z, even hauling away the old gutters and downspouts. Without me asking, they even improved the "layout" of the gutters. Regardless, Randy and his crew did a great job at a very reasonable price. Randy is polite, professional, and to the point. I don't know what else to say other than I WILL be calling Randy again and can foresee doing business with him on a few additional projects. I do and will highly recommend J&D Contracting! My wife and I are thrilled with the work they did and it's amazing what a difference it makes to our home for multiple reasons.
