J&D Contracting ran late covering prior commitments on other local jobs in order to ensure their customers receive the highest quality service available. J&D kept in constant communications while completing prior work until their arrival. Upon arrival, they identified minor architectural shingle damage [4 total shingles], stated the rest of the roof was in "great" shape, and scheduled for the next day at 0900L/EST. Both contract employees, the face of the company meeting customer, were exceptional and professional as well as courteous. I will follow up with another review upon job completion. Job completed, excellent repair and/or service.

They did a great job on our roof. When faced with some issues with their truck the job schedule suffered and led to the job taking twice as long to complete.

7 years ago J & D installed two roofs for me. Two weeks ago I noticed that on the house roof the shingles are starting to separate and slide down the roof on an area approximately of 25' by 15'. I call J & D, believe I spoke with Randy said he would call me the following day. That was 2 weeks ago. There was a 4' feet by 2' feet section that I had to put back in place. I noticed that there was only one hole in that whole section and the size of the nail hole was about the size of a pencil eraser. I'm not familiar with that size of nail head generally asphalt shingle nail heads are much larger. These shingles were architectural shingles with a 35 year warranty. Not sure but don't believe the shingles will make it that far. Good luck!

They did a great job repairing some old pipe boots and a few shingles. Got our line crossed up in the initial estimate process, but they came over in one day and completed the next morning!!! Happy so far!

In WVA you hold your breath and pray when looking for an honest contractor ( IF YOU CAN FIND ONE). You can breathe easy with J&D. They came and performed an emergency roof repair for me. Randy and his son Justin performed the work and it was like having family coming to the rescue. I plan to use J&D again in the future and highly recommend them.

Randy was very thorough and did a complete roof check for me while here. He put my mind at ease with his work. I would use him again and plan to use him when I need my roof to be newly shingled in the future.

J&D Contracting came through for me at a very affordable price. This contractor is in demand so expect that from them but they did the job as quoted and did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

Randy took the time to explain everything to me. He was professional and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. I have already recommended him to others and plan to get a quote from him when it comes time to finish by basement. Really not de guy too!

Randy was very nice and did an awesome job for the money. He replaced the pipe boots and shingles around them because the last guys I used did a horrible job and would leak into my attic when it rained hard. I plan on using him again when I go to replace the entire roof. Thank you Randy !
