Description of Work: Provider came in and helped me locate the source of little bugs that were invading my flour, biscuit mix, etcetera. |He found the source, sprayed, and left glue traps. I haven't seen any bugs since the treatment. I'm very pleased

Description of Work: My service is provided by the Huntington, WV office, not Charleston. Have used Terminex for quite a while. Service includes monthly interior control plus exterior spraying and termite stakes. At one point, the interior service person identified evidence of termite activity which was promptly mitigated. Will continue to use them unless prices rise excessively.

Description of Work: My only complaint is the absurd difficulty in trying to make appointments by phone. The company was using an out-of - state appointment service. I made an appointment , but the serviceman did not come . When I finally ( after several attempts) talked with a secretary in the local office, she said they had never received notice of the appointment. I changed companies to one one that answers phones at a local office and does their own scheduling. Hopefully, Terminix has corrected their scheduling problem. I don't have time to make numerous phone calls and wait for serice people.

Description of Work: Terminix treated my home for outdoor pests and they did an excellent job. Very professional and have eliminated the problem. I did sign a yearly contract and they will treat my home quarterly.
