Terminix - Charleston -Termite & Pest Control

I've been using them for 10 years and they haven't gotten my name right on the invoice.

When they changed to the liquid injection system, they drilled holes through concrete areas around the perimeter of my interior garage, and both my back and front porch floors to inject the liquid pesticide. A couple of the back porch patches came loose, and there are a few cracks in my back porch from that procedure. I asked them to come correct the damage to my back porch. They promised they would send someone out to do this, but they never did fix the damage...even after some reminders. I'm not sure if I would use them again. I believe they have an effective product, but they should protect their reputation and correct any damage done to a person's property.

They do a wonderful job because we never see any bugs. They always call before they come, and we have the same tech, Jerry, each time for many years.

They always call and are friendly & courteous when they come. The gentleman makes sure that our fence is closed when he leaves to prevent our dog from escaping.

We have a lot of trouble with scheduling. They come out and don't give us notice. They'll call and say that they're at the house and we're not there. There's confusion between the field guys and the office. I'm not convinced that they're doing a careful inspection.

I've been very pleased. Typically, Daniel comes around to treat and he's very nice. I don't mind him coming to my house and he's always polite & well mannered.

They did a very good job. They also repaired the insulation that was falling down into the house.

It's been great. We haven't had any termites since the initial treatment.

I've never had any problems with them and they've been wonderful. They never had to come back. Inspections went well. Their price was reasonable, too.

They show up when they're supposed to and do what they say they'll do. Since I live and work here, scheduling is never an issue. Since it's an outside spray, it's not a problem if we're not home, either.

They do pretty well. They seem to live up to their guarantee. The fellow doing the inside work noticed termite activity in the garage, and they came right out to take care of the problem. Since they did that work, I've not seen any more termite activity.

They do a pretty good job. Scheduling is very easy and convenient. If we have any problems, they show up very soon. They're reliable and they're safe. They send the same tech out each time, which is very important to me.

They’re doing a good job. We don’t have any other complaints. They’re doing what we need them to do. They call us two days before they come to let us now that they'll be there between a certain time and leave an invoice after they leave.

They're efficient and polite and have kept a good watch for us. We've never had a problem with them - they've always come when they said they would. They send us a notice to let us know it's time for the inspection and we connect to set a date.

They've been excellent. They call the night before and let us know that they'll be treating the next day. I don't have much contact with them, but when I do have to talk to them, they're friendly and easy to deal with.

The push for inspection is the only thing I get upset about. However, I'm not displeased. They get up in the crawlspace and do other work. I think the last time there was a mixup in the office. Someone came without making an appointment & letting me know. When I call the office here in Huntington, they put me through to the office in Florida. I can't reach the local office.

They're okay.They come out and kill whatever bugs we have at the moment. We recently had an infestation of caterpillars and they came out and got rid of the bugs.

It has worked out just fine. They come and go without me noticing; when I do see them, they've been polite. They also guarantee that if I do have anything show up in the house, they'll come take care if it immediately with no extra charge.

Called & left contact info three times. NEVER received phone call or email to set up appt.

We are selling our house so need the termite inspections. They were very prompt and their pricing is probably a little less expensive. I will use them again in the future.

I give them a D rating and we probably wont use them again. My husband said the price was kind of high but I cant remember because its been so long. They quality was ok.

I have been using Termix for quite a while. They do outside baiting and also provide inside services. The inside care is $40 and the outside baiting system is an annual fee of $350. The serviceman is good and I can depend on them. I feel the price is getting high for the inside service and I am thinking about terminating that. I will continue to use them for the outside baiting services.

They do a good job. We would probably use them again.

I never knew when they were coming; they would leave a notification that they had been here when they did come, and I paid them and then they just stopped coming. I called them many times but they wouldn’t return my calls, and finally I just quit. Their sales person that came was very nice. They did offer us discounts but what they did was they did not honor that. The lady in their office that I talked to was very disagreeable; she said she wouldn’t honor anything that the sales person had said. I would use them again in the future only if I had to.
