Description of Work: Provider only gave an estimate for roof and gutter replacement. Estimated cost included 5000 dollars to be paid upfront before any work would be done! Very unprofessional, and an opportunity to take advantage of anyone not wise enough to pay nothing before work was completed. Any consumer protection service will always advise to not pay for work that has yet to be done. For this reason, I would not have used this provider regardless of cost.
