Description of Work: Addressed leak in drain line. We disagreed about whether leak was "fixed." The bill that was sent to me was more than their representative had told me it would be. They continued to bill me for the larger amount for several months, but I did not pay. Finally, I talked with them and explained that the leak hadn't been fixed and I thought the bill was too high. I offered to pay a lower amount, which they accepted.

Description of Work: After being flooded, I had to replace my 2 air conditioning units and furnaces. Very quick, and good install. |Months later had them install a 3rd air condition and furnace, along with running the duct work. Everything is good. Have used them off and on over the past 10 years.
