"STAY AWAY!!!! This Company cancelled the initial estimate on me 3 times making me drive 90 minutes to the property each time. They finally showed and gave me the typical hard sell "if you sign the contract today..." They gave us a quote so far over market value we should have walked away. But we agreed because of the "70 year history in the industry" We thought we were buying a service from a company with integrity. They took an immediate $18K deposit on a $55K project. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company. In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. We specialize in septic systems, class 1 & 2. We do perc test, septic repairs, new installs, diagnosing problem systems. We are also a Norweco Singular Green dealer of HAU/ATU's. I also do some excavating, foundations, grading, water & electric lines, driveways, clearing, and well pump/pressure tank installs. But Septic work is my bread and butter so I pick and choose the other work based off how busy I am otherwise. I don't mind doing whole lot packages for home prep as bundling is better pricing for my clients and more steady work on my end. I do not pump septic tanks.
