Poor workmanship, customer service, and follow up. Installation of flex duct was cut through 70 year old floors, through my dining room, through my master bedroom, and folded in half in the chase wall. There were A Lot of code violations! They didn't pull a permit for the work, wasn't inspected. When confronted, the President said that he would ONLY "fix" what was considered code violations and nothing else.

The work was fast. The employees were well trained and nice. They cleaned up afterwards.

Our installer, John and his helper were great. Answered all questions and explained everything in detail. Very satisfied with the work. I will definitely use them again. Seller Smokey was also wonderful.

They put fluid in there and it wasn't necessary to do that. I think this is why they transform a group that cannot get in no one and they never turn around and said anything about it. What I am saying that I never talked to the brother but he gets a little upset so, I just don't kind of say anything to him but, one day they said there was up there and said they were just trying to get some of the money back that he had to pay quite a bit to Childers. I would not use them again in the future.

They replaced my furnace and heat pump as well as relocated a vent in my bathroom. They were on time and worked in very low clearance conditions under my home. They cleaned up their mess as they left and went over all details with me.

the best way I can describe it was, let's replace this part and if that doesn't fix it we'll replace another. each time I would've had a charge for labor and parts. thankfully after the second visit the tech got it right. I tried to negotiate the price with owner, he did give me a little break but he was a little condescending.

Our heat pump compressor went out on 7/15/13 and we called the company that installed our old one 15 years earlier and the salesman told me it would be $4500 and it would take two weeks before a new unit could be installed. I then called Childers Enterprises and spoke to a very nice salesman that was very helpful. Two technicians arrived at 9:00 on the 18th, only a day after my original call for service, with a new Trane heat pump. They were very skilled and friendly a were finished after 3 hours. Great experience from start to finish. Not only cheaper but quicker service than our old company. Thanks to Childers Enterprises.

The heat pump was kicking the breaker in the power box. I assumed the problem was the heat pump. They came out right away and checked the heat pump, the air handler and the breaker box. It was a bad breaker that they had to replace. I've had no problems since. I would've given them an "A" for their service but it took hours for the repairman to figure out the problem. But he was diligent about checking everything and made calls to another repairman as he went along. He was thorough. It just seemed to take too long. He was very polite and progressional. I would call them again.

They fixed it in no time flat. They were wonderful. The followed up with us later on to make sure everything was good.

This gentleman came out, I told him what it was. He drove from the Beckley area to Summersville. He crawled in the crawlspace to reach the duct work to get the motor.They unscrewed it and looked at it, brought it out in about 5 minutes and told me I needed I new one. I agreed, so they took it back to their office. I didn’t hear from them for about a week, so I called them and they said they talked with the company that manufactured and that they only had two in stock and I would have to purchase both motors for a total of $875. I wouldn’t buy that, so I had them send it back to me because it’s about the size of a 50 cent piece. They said they had no use for an extra motor and I said neither did I. The technician knew what he was doing and I would say he was professional in that, but they never called me after they took motor back to their main office.
