Called Saturday evening for a plumber and was told they would get with me to schedule someone to come out. We’re not sure if they could come the day of or not but they would put my info in and someone would be in contact. It’s been 48 hours and have not heard back from anyone. Online states 24 hours a day but haven’t heard from anyone in over 48 hours. —-I chose water heater on this review but the issue was bathroom plumbing repair which was not an option.

My home has two HVAC systems and I needed the upstairs unit replaced. I waited for over a year to leave the review to see how everything went. Everything is still working great. They did so much of a better professional installation than the original unit I had. Everything was installed perfect and neat. Not one thing I'm not happy with. They even sent out a foreman about half way through the installation to confirm the technicians were installing it in accordance with their standards. Very professional! Highly recommended.

They came late and checked out the units, told us the problem took the money for the initial visit and never came back to perform the work or called to let us know that they were not coming back.

Very Well. Mark, the appraiser was here within a couple days of initial call. Very profession, courteous and knowledgeable. We signed the contract, paid half down. True to his word, the installer came within the anticipated time frame, called the day before. Installers, Louis and Kevin were also very knowledgeable and professional addressed and dealt with the challenges we had. We have used this company on 2 other occasions. The owner, Mr. Greg Childers, is also to be complimented. Our experience with him is very indicative of a leader/owner who is very committed to providing toward quality customer service. It definitely shows with the people he has working for him. A+ to Childer Enterprises!

Everything was fine, very good people to deal with.

There was a one day delay after the first two days of the install due to illness. A new team showed up bright and early the next and expertly finished the job.

This firm is very professional. They did what they said they would do, on time, and in a workman like manner. Installers were competent and personable.

20 degrees outside and we had no heat. Gregg personally took care of me when I went to his office. He got a crew together and found me a heating unit then installed it on a Friday when it was snowing and very miserable outside. We had heat that afternoon.

It went extremely well since we were without heat and couldn't service us until after 12/14/15. It was operational 12/12/15 and weather is still above average.

Put the system in a timely manner very curtious friendly installer had some minor trouble but with a 70 year old house it is expected not to go totally smooth very satisfied with the work and service provided

Chad was early. Explained what he was doing as he went along. Answered all my questions. Made helpful suggestions. I was very pleased with my rep and performance.

The installers, Josh and Wally, were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with their work. All parties I dealt with were exceptional. I am telling everyone.

It was bitter cold temperature but they came and worked several hours to install a new system ( more updated). I have been extremely pleased with these services in my time of need.

I received 3 quotes and chose Childers based on their professionalism and the time they spent trying to determine the best way to install a new system in my house. Their workmanship was meticulous and at a competitive price. This was my 1st experience with Childers, but I will definately go back to them for my future HVAC needs.

I called them early evening on 12/30 and explained my problem. The guy said he would get someone there the next day, probably by noon. The repair guy arrived at 12:40. He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired the heater and had it back to working condition in no time and it has continued to work fantastically every since. The price was very reasonable ($144 for parts and labor plus the service call). The repairman explained that they warranty all of their work and that if I have any further issues I can call them 24 hours a day and someone will answer and if it is in emergency they will come out any time of the day or night. I will definitely use these guys in the future for all of my HVAC needs.
