The guys came over and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The bathroom looks great and we couldnt be happier. We are going to have them do more work for us! Thanks guys!!

They did such a beautiful job painting our MBR so we can finally place our home on the market - all the furniture was moved and replaced, everything cleaned up nicely, and they did it in record time. Thanks again! We'll be sure to consider you when we're ready to paint our new place!

Nick and Jaime work together beautifully. They are friendly but professional, neat and do a very good job. My only criticism is that they don't call to confirm appointment and that they arrived 15 minutes late today. Because of their expertise and care, I would hire them again.

I wasn't supposed to be home initially and I happened to be home and could see what they were doing. They were only here from 1:30 - 4 o'clock. There were just two of them. They came, painted, left, and didn't even do much sanding and scraping. I could have done the job. The company owner called me to see what I thought of the job. I told him I wasn't very impressed. He then proceeded to ask "Is this going to affect my payment?" He didn't ask how to make it better, he was just worried about his payment. I suggested since I didn't like what they had done that we could negotiate a different price. $350 seemed like a high price for what they did. He said no, he said if they were to do what I asked him to do (i.e. scraping and sanding) he would have had to charge me $1300. He said if he wasn't going to receive payment then he was going to have to put a lien on my house. I told him I never said I wasn't going to pay him, I just wanted to negotiate a different price. He was not open to discussion. He proceeded to come over and look at the job. He said it was a great job and he didn't see any problems with it. He woudn't listen to anything we had to say. He came over pouting and controntational. If he was open to negotiation and had better customer service maybe he'd be used again, but as it stands I will never work with him again.

The painters arrived within the timeframe communicated. They were very attentive to protecting the floor, baseboards and furniture. They covered the entire floor, furniture and taped edges completely. They assisted with removing a couple of fasteners that I couldn't remove and did a fine job painting. The large walls were well-painted evenly and the small spaces were done expertly. They cleaned up after themselves and within a couple hours of the team leaving, I received a call from Ron asking me if I was satisfied. I plan to get a quote for the rest of my house. I recommend Supreme Care Services without hesitation. Ron even forwarded his contractor's discount to me when I purchased the paint! What more can I ask?

The two young people that came, Jamie and Nick, were absolutely outstanding. The arrived and were so helpful and polite. They helped my son and I move a couple pieces of funrniture which was above the call of duty. They went right to work and were done so quickly I was astonished. The room was done perfectly!!! There wasn't a smudge of paint anywhere and the walls which had some tricky angles were amazing! These people are A number one in their work ethic, work quality and overall industriousness. I will definitely call this company again!

I was excited to hear that the company was going to fit us in for painting only two days after we had called to schedule an appointment. My husband made it a point to say that we had just finished painting our kitchen cabinets white and so we wanted to hire painters to make sure we had clean lines around the cabinets and baseboards (all white). We were told that the painters would arrive at our house between 9 and 9:30 and that we would have razor shape lines with no problems having white cabinets. My husband took off of work since the painters would arrive in the morning only to wait hours and find out that they would now call at noon to give us a time after they would finish an earlier job. Noon came and went and finally at 1:00pm my husband called and got an answering machine and left a message. The company called back and said they would find out what the issue was and we would know more in a bit. After some additional calls, the painters finally showed up at 3:30pm and got started. During the time the painters did their job, they worked hard but you could tell they were rushed for time. Nearing 5:00, one of the two painters said she had to leave to start a new job leaving one guy to finish the job. Once he was done around 6:00pm, he cleaned up his area and was professional and nice. Excited to see the finished product I went and inspected the area to find edges were not razor sharp, some edges along the baseboard and counter tops showed the color we were painting over, paint smudges were on the white cabinets, small splatter marks were on cabinets and some paint had leaked through the tape and got onto baseboards. Needless to say, we have some touch ups to do which normally wouldn't bother me if we hadn't paid for professionals to do the job that we were reassured would be perfect. Unfortunately I would not go through this provider again for painting since it was not to our standards and left us with work to finish.

They arrrived promptly, and worked quickly. Did not leave a mess. I have no complaints.

He found things we did not know about that would of caused us a lot of problems in a few months. Sure am glad we used his service.

It didn't go well. We didn't work with them. We just bought this house here and we were moving to this one and it needs a lot of work so we were looking for things to be done around here. We contacted Supreme Care and what I wanted done was the whole unfinished basement sprayed white, the ceiling wood sprayed white and I wanted the walls painted white but I wanted the 2 bottom rows of block painted with dry lock paint which is a moisture resistant paint and then I wanted the floor painted grey. At the time when the guy showed up, I was wrestling between having the floor done with an epoxy coating or just regular paint, and we talked back and forth and he said "Well I think paint would be the best choice." So I said "Well we want it done grey," and he said, "Well we have brown," and I said, "Well I want grey," and he said, "OK." So we set up the project, the price was more than right, which kind of scared me right there because some of the other quotes that we got were higher. Anyways we wound up spending $1800 with someone else and they were charging $700. So they were like $1100 cheaper. However, the day the guys showed up we had coffee and donuts out for them and everything and according to them, they could do it all in one day, which I didn't even think was possible knowing the very little that I know about painting. SO I said, "Listen did your boss tell you that I wanted the floor grey?" he said, "Well we have brown," and I said, "No I don't want brown pint on the floor. If it's going to be paint, it's got to be grey." He says, "Oh we already have the material." And the guy is all huffy and puffy and I said, "Look! I'm the customer and if you guys can't flow with a little bit of change here then I don't know if we can do business. Or why don't you call your boss and tell him that you're just going to do the ceiling and the walls today?" So he went into his vehicle and him and his partner got in and they just drove away and that was the last I saw them. So then their boss, the guy who originally came to set up this thing, called me up and starts getting all over my case for the paint misunderstanding. What he told me was, "We have a whole bunch of brows and white in stock so we can do the white, no problem, and the brown is no problem because we have that in stock," and I said, "No I want grey." So they showed up with brown paint, then he tells me they had to buy it so it was all a bunch of lies. And I was so glad actually when they got in their vehicle and drove away. I was relieved. So then I hired somebody else and that turned out into a huge nightmare.

They were on time to give us a great deal on the cost of painting our new house. They were there two and a half days to finish the job right on time when they said it would be done. The job was done beyond our expections, we not only could not have done this ourselves but it would not have been half as good as this. I plan on using this company anytime I need any of there services done.

Great!!! This company has been the most punctual and the most helpful one that I've come across in my 12 years of business. Very clean and overall enjoyable company to complete all of my needs.

ed When they came to my home they gave me a price on the spot of what the job would cost me and how long it would take. their price was reasonable out of the other bids i received it was in the middle.They came the next day and got started, in 3 days they were done and it looks GREAT! they also did a really good job cleaning up and the guys were really polite.

Purchased a $49 deal for air duct cleaning off of Living Social to try out a new air duct cleaning service. Services were never rendered as when the date for service arrived they were a NO-CALL/ NO-SHOW. I left a voicemail that night, with no call back even after 5 days. Tried several times during the week to call and no one ever answered the phone. Will NOT be using their services if this is their version of customer service.
