They were in time and were professional.

They were really good. The price was for a room just a standard room because hallways usually cost more because of the extra doors and you have more than one door. They did it and they gave it to me for that price. It was good. I did it way back. They were so flooded with calls they had to schedule me for July which turned to be a really good thing. They put themselves out a little more. They did a little extra wall a very small wall but they said why don't we do this one too and they cut it really good. They were very good painters. They just gave me extra tips how you should do this. They were just really nice. It was a brother and sister. Those two are really good together and they have been doing it for sometime. They were responsive. They kept me in the loop as far as what time and stuff like that. They came right on time.

We had some trouble scheduling initially. When they came out for an estimate, I was told that my house was too big for this particular deal and that there would be extra costs for the service. I had other, less expensive estimates so I ended up not using this provider.

They didn’t actually do the service. I called close to the expiration time and he was willing to schedule something after that period of time, which I appreciated. As far as I know he didn’t show up for the estimate appointment; I called him and haven’t heard back.

Purchasing the coupon was easy on Angie's List - I have had several now and had no problems. I had difficulty getting in touch with the provider. When I did, they could not do the work until a year later. We needed the work done sooner. Their reason was that the coupon generated too much work so they were booked until July of 2015.

I had wanted them to paint my 20 foot by 30 foot great room with nine foot ceilings through the deal. The room was so large that I purchased two of the same deal to ensure that it all would be covered through the deal. We already had the paint to supply for the work. There were no troubles with scheduling and they showed up at the appointed time. One man and one woman completed the job in less than one day. I was amazed by how great they were! They cleaned up very well after completing the job and there was not a spot of paint on anything anywhere. The work that they did was just wonderful!

Overall it was fine. I did experience some scheduling conflicts initially; however, after getting in my house, I have decided there are more important items to address first.

They have a prompt service and they did a good work. They don't have much to change.

I purchased a Big Deal Service to paint 1 room for $99. I received an e-mail today to call the supplier who is Supreme Care. I was told by the man who answered the phone that Angie's List was previously notified that there service needed to be cancelled because they are booked out to 2015. The guy was very apologetic and said that he would tell his boss to call Angie's list again to cancel this "Big Deal".

Helpful and professional project manager. Efficient and friendly workers. Generally pleased with the timeliness and outcome of the job.

two painters, two hours, lots of irregularities in wall shapes and openings. Did second coat to get color change without bleeding. Quality work, service, prep and cleanup. Friendly.

Ron came out promptly and walked through the property and provided us with an excellent recommendations for the job. He submitted his bid for the job and once the job got underway he contacted me daily too let me know what time the job started and what time they left the property at the end of the day. When I went to the property, Ron stopped painting and walked me through the property to show us what had been completed and what was left to be done for the remainder of the job, I couldn't have ask for a more professional job to have been done in our new home. I would recommend Supreme Care Services to anyone looking for a great team.

They did a really good job! They even helped me pick out the color that would look the best with the color i have in my bathroom. I will continue to use them on future projects.

I had a recent eviction in my rental unit and had the intention to get the unit on the market ASAP. I got some referrals and ended up calling Supreme Care Services. They meet my on 2/25/14 and we went over the unit, my expectations, insurance requirements, and my company's contractor payment policies. They provided me an estimate to complete the unit to my requirements for $1000.00 and told me that they have an opening in their schedule so that I could have the unit finished within the next week. I was very pleased that they had the time to complete the unit so quickly so I signed the contract with them. A day or two passes and I received a copy of the contract and the insurance certificate. The insurance certificate was expired. I called and stated that we needed insurance listing our company as an additional insured and the certificate showing this coverage to have the proper effective coverage dates. They called me to move the service date to Monday 3/3/14 to provide time to get this insurance matter addressed. I agreed, only to get a certificate of insurance in another company's name sent to me a few days later. I called them again to address my concerns and I never got a call back, which only leads me to believe that they DO NOT have proper business insurance. I am a contractor myself, I can get certificates, clients listed as an additional insured, and bonds the same day, if not within the hour. So I don't understand what the problem was. This was the last I heard from them, no follow-up call. Nothing saying I don't want to complete the project. Nothing. Completely unprofessional! So I moved on. I urge homeowners to check and confirm with the INSURANCE AGENT if your contractor has the proper insurance coverages. A ounce of protection now will save you thousands if something were to happen. UPDATE = PLEASE READ!!!! So I leave a factual review of the services they provided for me, in retaliation for the "negative" review I left, they (Brian) left a completely false and fabricated review about my firm, Anderson Landscape & Maintenance on Angie's List. The landscape company that I own has no dealings with this firm or any of its employees other than through the painting transaction we had at my rental property. I seriously question the integrity and character of a firm that resorts to these "games". As I said in the reply my company made I am posting the reply I published under their review here as well. I am also submitting a complaint with Angie's List in regard to their actions. This was the review that an employee of Supreme Care Services left about my company, again I stress, my landscape firm had NO dealings with this individual. John was professional until there were concerns on our behalf, when we did not want to move forward with him he became very pushy and aggressive. We did a background check on him and discovered that he had serial small claims and operates under many different business names. BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH JOHN ANDERSON !! This is my firm's reply Anderson Landscape & Maintenance has not had any dealings with this individual, I never spoke to him, I never meet with him, please do not be misled about this review. I am personally a member of Angie's List and I recently left a "F" review of Supreme Care Services about my experiences with their work or "lack of" on one of my rental units. This individual- Brian Dawkins works for them. I will be filling a complaint with Angie's List Monday morning- this is in violation of the rules. Yes, I do own another company- I own rentals in LLC's, I evict people when they don't pay rent. I have an excellent credit rating both personally and with my companies. We are financially strong, fully insured, and have the ability to bond large municipal projects. Our sales volume has more than doubled every year for the past 3 years. I refuse to play these childish games with such a unprofessional vendor- perhaps this would be a sign of the quality of work I would of received. I will be copying this reply onto the review I left this firm.

Nick and Jamie are a brother/sister team who have been working together for a long time and they worked very well together. They were punctual, efficient, respectful, professional, and neat. They brought in their own radio for soft music while they worked. They moved furniture and covered everything with plastic. They did a great job with the painting - straight lines, no drips, good coverage. At the end, I noticed one place of about a foot where the line between the wall and the ceiling wasn't quite straight and Jamie gladly fixed it. They carefully cleaned up. This deal included the labor, but I needed to provide the paint. Ron passed on his discount at Sherwin Williams, and it was a very good discount - almost at SW's cost. I had questions about the paint coverage, and Jamie gave me good advice. I'd be glad to use them again.

When I purchased the Big Deal offered by the company I let them know what dates I wanted to have services done. I didn’t receive a call back from the company for 2 weeks. When they finally called back I was able to make the appointment, but immediately the company began telling me the project was going to cost more than the Big Deal would cover. On the day of the appointment they didn’t show up or call to let me know what was going on. I have never had this happen before with a Big Deal.

We were unable to come to an agreement with the extent of the work that needed to be performed, so the work will not be performed. I need to have my $1499.00 refunded to me. Please confirm when the refund has been made. Thank you

Our main concern was that it was difficult to contact the provider to schedule the work. Apparently they are only available during standard working hours, and they did not return messages left in the evening. The painters were only available weekday mornings, so it was necessary to take off work to get the job done. The painting itself was well-done. We were very satisfied with the work.

There were two people that came out, they were brother and sister. They loved to paint and did an excellent job! They came in, put the plastic down, and got to work! It didn't take them very long at all, just about an hour and a half, and the room is just beautiful. They were very polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again, especially if I could request these two.

They came in around 9:00am and finished painting our dining room by 12:30pm. It was quick and extremely well done! Our color choice was very bold so they had to do a very meticulous job cutting and taping which they did. I will definitely go back to them when we repaint other rooms in our house.

They did one coat of painting for me. They were on time and did a good job. It took them a few hours and 2 painters came out. On of the painter even cleaned off some spots on the ceiling for me; so they went above and beyond.

They arrived on time, and were very friendly. They didn't apply any caulk, and it definitely needed to be applied at the point where the backsplash and wall met (about 60" long). They also did not do any surface preparation at all that I could tell. Not much was needed but a couple of small spots could have been scraped with a flat blade to even out the surface a bit. | |They applied one coat of wall paint on the walls, and one coat on the ceiling. They did good quality work for the price of $99, but had I been billed the $399 value, my answer would be completely different.

I spoke with Ron most of the time who I believe is the owner. He was extremely responsive in the negotiation process and got the job "done" on time and on the agreed upon budget. The quote he gave me for the work he did saved me about $1000 on quotes I was getting from other people for the same work. I put "done" in quotes because that's the problem I had with their quality. The outdoor work they did was good for the quality of the wood they had to paint on. The indoor work however was very rushed. To be fair, the paint they were painting over was very dark colors (dark gray, dark brown, purple, etc.) and we told them we wanted it done so we could rent in November, but I think that gave them the impression we were in a hurry, or perhaps they were. They ended up trying to do 3 coats of paint in one day which left a lot of the spots bleeding through with the darker colors which we had to go in later and touch up. There were sections where it didn't look like they and done much edging at all and sections where they weren't careful and dripped some paint on the wood trim. | |The price was great and they were all professional, but the rushed work did show. I would use these guys in the future, but would also be more clear about my expectations during the negotiation process.

The painters arrived on time. There were some restrictions that I was not aware of/ you could only use one color, no second coats. A color that we used did not look good without a second coat, so the room looks unfinished.

I found them on the internet at the end of the summer and had them come over and give me a price on painting the exterior of my sun room. They gave me a good price and went above and beyond what they said they would do. I ask them if they did other services? since then I have had them do other things around my home.
