Description of Work: I had them come out for an estimate for a kitchen remodel. Had $800 worth of work done last summer by them and was happy with the work. This time 2 guys came out, whined about how much work it would be, promised me an estimate and left! I've sent emails and called with no response and no estimate. Now, nearly 2 months later, I get a bill for $59.00!! For ignoring me, insulting me, and wasting MY time??
