Description of Work: They were very professional and one time. I had an light sensor replaced in an outdoor light...I felt $325.00 was quite expensive to replace the light sensor in an outdoor light...I was expecting around 200.00, not 325.00! I should have become an electrician!

Description of Work: The upgraded electric, rewired basement and moved services. I was very happy with the work, and the electricians were very friendly and kept me informed of progress. They explained everything when done too. They also offered a one or three year sign up deal where you get 10% off services so that saved me some money. Although I still thought it was expensive. But I am not saying the prices are out of line at all.

Description of Work: Replaced sixteen (16) old-style electric outlets with 3-prong grounded outlets. | |Installed a new control box in the wall to operate an old Broan bathroom fan/heater (from the 1950s). The previous control switch was an on-off toggle switch at the base of the unit's grill, but it had burned out and couldn't be replaced. Wires were run behind a 4-foot tile wall to a new box that was set on the untiled part of the wall above the heater. The result was very neat and the unit is now much more functional than it had ever been before.

Description of Work: Replaced two non-working outdoor outlets with GFCI and bubble covers. Now I can plug things in outside! Changed four rooms worth of 2-prong outlets to 3-prong outlets. Replaced bathroom fan. Replaced carbon monoxide detector. Changed three bathrooms' outlets to GFCI. Installed four light fixtures and an outside light. Spent time with me explaining avenues to get things repaired that were outside of the scope of their work, like how to fix the lights in my range hood. | |I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, from the initial front-office call all the way through to the completion of work. They really went the extra mile for me. It wasn't cheap but I never expected electrical work to be cheap, and it's worth it to feel confident that the job was done right. Their safety inspection revealed that my house is GOOD TO GO. Also, I very much appreciated knowing the itemized cost up front, and being able to authorize or decline each item individually.

Description of Work: We made an after-hours emergency call for an electrical problem. They sent a fellow right away and he identified the problem (arcing in the electric meter) and fixed it right away. Good job!
