Description of Work: Plumber charged $472 to repair a leaky seal in the toilet tank. This was after my protection plan discount and a coupon! I found out afterwords the average price for a plumber to do this should've been $150-$200. They take advantage of a person and a very dishonest. Plumber then did an inspection and said a sink was not up to code and would cost $600 to change! Had numerous inspections by them before and nobody ever said this. This particular sink was put in by a master plumber and I doubt it was out of code. Plumber Took the prerogative to replace a part in my toilet tank which I never asked to be replaced and he never asked me if he could do it! Now the toilet is running and I never had this problem before. He said it was not the correct part in there but the funny thing is they are the ones who replaced the total insides not even a year ago! These people are crooks.

Description of Work: I had work done on my jacuzzi tub in June, they replaced the drain assembly and plug. In October tne tub started leaking, they sent a tech out who was unable to tell for sure if it was the drain assembly or a small chip in the tub that had started leaking. He reset the drain assembly and I bought a tub patch kit. Still don't know for sure which it was but there was no additional charge.

Description of Work: I called Roman Electric regarding numerous electrical concerns in my home. They came on time. The electrician had an apprentice with him and both were professional and polite. They listened to and answered all of my questions. They went over the prices with me upfront and I prioritized which projects I wanted done now and what I could delay. They price by the job, not the hour. I ended up having a light switch added to a storage room and two outside outlets replaced. I will be calling them back to have other projects done in the future.
