lI was very satisfied. We had a list of outdated or unsafe little repairs to be done. They were taken care of with an attitude of no job is too small.

Carol arrived on time. She listened to what I wanted, explained what my options were. She answered all my questions and did a good job explaining why I had the problem and what she was doing.

Electrician was wonderful. He covered his shoes on the carpet, discovered the problem immediately, fixed it offered a free inspection, took my coupon and was on his way.

Nick installed a 20 AMP circuit that we needed in our basement for our refrigerator. He went over different options extensively. He explained the difference between installing a 5 foot junction or installing a 20 AMP circuit. Receiving Nick?s wealth of knowledge as to what would be the best option (for the age of the house as well as for the refrigerator)?we went with the 20 AMP circuit. We look forward to using Roman Electric to update or install any electrical needs in the future.

This is the second time we had work done by Roman Electric and will continue to use their service. They installed an exterior outlet that tied to switch inside so it can be turned off and on without having to go outside. They put in a ceiling light in a hallway that had none with a light fixture we provided. They are professional, quick and leave no mess behind. We have had no problems with any of the work they have done in the house. They will come out and give a no pressure free estimate.

The electrician who came was very courteous and knowledgable. She walked me though everything she was doing and showed me the price of each step before she did it. I was particularly pleased that Roman Electric was able to get someone out to my house so quickly. I had called my "regular" electricians and they weren't able to come out for a job this size for 2 weeks. Roman Electric was there within a day or two of me calling.

The existing connection to the stove had some arching problem (three prong). Upgraded the cord, installed a new 4 prong outlet and upgraded the wires to the breakers

Came out and replaced the wiring on time and without issue. Only complaint is that it took about 5 months before the payment for service was cashed.

It worked out fine. They were very courteous. They came in and they understood it was just an estimate and they were very kind about it. They were right on time. They called in advance to let me know that they were coming and that they would be on time.

Everything went smoothly. Anthony was running late to get to our house for an estimate but they called and advised us about it and Anthony called when he was on his way. Anthony was very friendly and polite and seemed to be very knowlegible as to what needed to be done and the cost. He answered all our questions. On the day we had the work done, Nick was right on time and explained a few things to us as to what he would be doing. Then he got right to work. He worked by himself except when a helper came to dig the trench for the ground rods and wire. He then gave us a quote to do the basement light and the 3 way switches and preceded to get those 2 things done in a timely manner. My wife and I were very impressed and would not hesitate to have Roman do any other electrical work we might need.

Kevin was fantastic. His was 100% professional at all times and did excellent work. I had other contractors and deliveries coming to the house while he worked and he was great about moving to let them get access to what they needed. He came twice and I hope to have him back in the future. I also loved the up front pricing - I evaluated what I wanted him to do knowing the likely cost ahead of time, and that was very helpful.

IT TOOK 3 TRIPS TO GET THE EXHAUST FAN FIXED, TRIED TO REPLACE JUST THE MOTOR BUT IT IT DIDN'T WORK,NEEDED TO REPLACE THE UNIT, THE SWITCH WAS EASY, AND THE GARAGE LIGHT WAS A SNAP FOR NICK, IT HAD BEEN A VERY TRYING EXPERIENCE WHEN I DID IT MYSELF MANY YEARS AGO. ALL SAID I'D RECOMMEND ROMAN ELECTRIC IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

Very professional and courteous. Very flexible and understanding of electrical needs. Cleaned up after self when each project was completed.

The installation of the two motion lights was too big a job for that visit so they quoted $1000 for that work. The three way switch and wall fixture were fixed. The electrician was very nice, professional and on time. Roman is very upfront with their pricing which was very nice. It was very easy to make an appointment. Roman is expensive. The cost of the work they did seemed high but I don't have a direct comparison. I did get someone else to do the motion lights for $550, almost a 50% savings over Roman. I would probably not call Roman again just for the reason of cost.

Chris and Ed showed up on time. They put booties over their shoes to keep my carpet clean. The wall switch for the fireplace was working when they arrived, of course. But they checked it anyway and replaced it as It was an intermittent problem They checked the CFI outlet in the garage and traced the problem to the heat strip on the roof that prevents ice build up. The CFI outlet was fine. I advised them I would not use the heat strip anymore as I was concerned the short might cause a fire. I will replace the strip before next winter. They worked very hard and I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely use them again

We encountered a problem with the electrical service in part of our house on a late Saturday afternoon. We found Roman Electric on Angie's List and gave them a call. They were very nice, and dispatched an electrician, who quickly found the problem, repaired it, and advised us as to what caused the issue in the first place. We were very pleased with the way Roman Electric, and their electrician, helped us out.

The electrician with Roman Electric was awesome. He called ~ 2 hours before he was to arrive and asked to show up early. I said yes. He entered our home and ran through the procedures for their company, even outlining the fact he was going to put on these work booties. I provided him very crude instructions of what he could do. He was able to understand what was going on, fix the issues and even fix my bar lighting. I was very happy with him. My wife was very pleased with his professionalism and his tact

It went well. The only issue was that there was a part missing from the outside vent, which was installed by a roofer. The roofer was called and agreed to purchase that part. The electrician waited very patiently until the roofer came with the part. Afterwards, the electrician installed that part and completed all that he had to.

He came and looked at the work that we needed done. Seemed to be having a bad day. Looked around our house more than the electrical we needed done. Said he would send an estimate, never did. When I called to see if he had forgotten about us. Still no call. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

The employee, Kevin, was thorough, polite, and punctual. When I asked, he made time to address things found in the free inspection.

Electrician was knowledgeable, repair done on the spot after assessing the situation, dimmer added on further review after I expressed a desire for it and was added to agenda without problems. All services provided in a very timely fashion.

We had a circuit suddenly go out which was supplying two bedrooms. The breaker did not trip and replacing the breaker did not resolve the problem. So I called Roman Electric. They said it would be a couple of days before they could come out. This was not an emergency, so I was satisfied in waiting. To my surprise they had a cancelation and called back within a couple of hours. A gentleman named Chris arrived and explained their diagnosis flat fee charges up front, and stated that diagnosis and repair of a circuit can sometimes get envolved. Fortunately, by using his experience in how our house was probably wired at it's construction, Chris located the problem in about 20 minutes. It seems that old outlets, using the 'quick connect' method of wiring can eventually come loose, even after 40 years! Chris fixed the outlet and did a free whole house inspection, recommending some things I might want to consider to upgrade my aging electrical wiring, etc. Chris was polite, intelligent and informative. It was a pleasure doing business with Roman Electric.
