I called due to roof leaking onto living room ceiling following weekend of rain. Bo answered the call and scheduled me that day (while none of the other 6 places I called even returned my call). Bo came out on time, and was extremely professional. He went up on the roof several times and into the attic and until he found the problem. The seal along one of the attic vents was dried up and had crumbled away. He fixed it free of charge, and addressed another spot near the chimney flashing that had been damaged from ice dams (free of charge). He was clearly experienced and took the time to show me the pictures he had taken on the roof and in the attic and gave me a variety of options, with cost associated. Since the roof will need to be replaced in the next few years he also measured and prepared an estimate on the spot with a formal estimate in the mail. Customer service was incredible, cost was very competitive for future work, and we appreciated him addressing the immediate issue free of charge. We will most certainly call on them when we replace the roof.

I did not end up using this company but had a great experience setting up the appointment. I would recommend this company.

Bo did a good job. He is responsive and professional.

We had water leaking into our house during the big storms of '08. During this time it was very difficult to get people to come out and look at it and even more difficult to get the work done. Rob's team came out right away to look at the problem and to provide an estimate, fitting us in to an already busy schedule. Within a few weeks the work was being done. Employees were very friendly and professional. Rob came out a day or two after it was done and verified the work. The leaking has stopped.

They have done everything well. They have been on time and the quality of work is good. There was no guarantee when they would start the job, but they started yesterday and they are finishing up today. They have been here early in the morning and have stayed until late at night.

I was surprised that at the end of the evening, they had used the wrong color. I discussed it with them and I did not want a two tone home. After some discussion, they agreed to redo the garage at no cost. I think they did a very good job on the garage and the house. the people they have working for them are very fine people and very cordial and nice.

Bo took pictures of the roof and said that that he just needed to do minor work (a bit of caulking) to fix a leak in our roof. He also pointed out that a piece of wood had been left on the roof. I asked him if he could remove that wood and caulk the area as well. Bo said the work was so minor he didn't really know how to charge me. The amount was one I recommended. Bo was so honest and pleasant. He is someone who I would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

First time using this business. Due to the bizarre hours I work, setting up a repair date was difficult. Robs was excellent. They kept in touch by phone and US mail. Sent me written estimates of work to be performed and cost. The day of the repair was the first time I personally met Rob and his crew. And that was about 30 mins. That was the only time I met these people. What a team. Good attitude, knowledge, and easy to talk to. Everyone knew what needed to be done, and they did it very well. They did what they said they would do. Three days after they did the job, we were pounded with a week of rain. Not one leak. Excellent. The repair of the home roofing was a plus and the garage roof came in $200 less then quoted.

Rob sent out 2 of his workers and they arrived on time and performed great work. They also took the time to look over other areas to make sure everything was ok. They found a small hole in a gutter and made sure that was fixed too. Can't ask for more. Very professional and a job well done.

Great. Rob was very clear & patient with all my million questions. They did not redeck the roof as it was not necessary given the original roof construction. Rob's team was very pleasant & professional. Rob's estimate was the lowest of the 5-6 estimates we got. We checked references, looked at some of his previous jobs, & found everyone to be supportive. I am happy that we went with Rob's Roofing.

The prep work done to prevent damage to landscaping/plants was great! Clean up was also very good. Minor miscommunication meant the chimney had to be removed after the shingles were installed, but other than additional work for the crew, everything looks great. We could have used a larger dumpster, but the company Rob used was able to get it out of the driveway without losing any of the load. We had a very heavy rainstorm for 2 days shortly after the job was complete, and no water in the basement where we would have prior to the job. We would definitely recommend Rob's Roofing.

I called for an estimate and they came out two days later to give the estimate. When I called to accept the proposal they started the job two days later on a Friday and everything was finished by the end of the day on Monday. Nice guys, everything was cleaned up, no problems. They have a five year warranty on their work.

Nice experience. The contractor called me back right away, and did the job within 2 days of the call. He keep me informed on why the roof was leaking and what would be needed to fix it. Actually, he gave me a $35 discount after the work was complete and provided a 5 year warranty on the workmanship. After the next hard rain he called back to make sure the roof still wasn't leaking.
