It was a great prices and great service. Good product and they did what they said they gonna do.

We had our garage shingles torn off and shingles replaced this November. We had contacted Rob's Roofing in October but were told they would squeeze us in when they had an opening. They contacted us in November and said they could have a crew out in a couple of days. The day of the job was cold with snow to be removed first but they got to work immediately and got the job done in 3 1/2 hours. There was a 6 man work crew that got to replacing the shingles along with adding a vent and replacing some boards. We were pleased to see that they did great job cleaning up.

Fantastic! I called late in the day and a John Staszak came to my home even though I really believe he was done for the day. What a great guy. Fixed my issue on the spot. I can not say enough good things about Rob's Roofing LLC. This is my new go-to roofer and should be your's too.

Jonathan was pleasant but just disappointed that he did not follow through with estimate or even a phone call to say they could not do the job.

I had gone to a couple of companies with their bid and everybody, the price was so high and when the representative came, he basically said we price, what's the phrase, I can't think of how he worded it. The prices were much more reasonable than most of the other agencies that i went through. Basically I went them because of price. I didn't have any problems. There weren't any loose nails. He explained to me what they do especially since the house is on the block and generally in West Allis the older houses that are very close together. They are just a couple feet away from each other. He did explain what they would do by laying the tarps. Totally clean no issues at all. They came in and did the work and I have a new roof.

They did a good job with the quote. They guy was done quickly. They didn't do any work for me. They were done quickly, and they did a great job. It was a good price. They were thorough and listed everything for what the quote was for. Again, very quick.

I have never had been through a roof replacement in my life so I didn't really know what to expect. It was like a war zone out there! While they were working I thought there was no way they would be able to clean up that mess, but sure enough, by the time they left you wouldn't have even known they had been there, save for a few scraps of debris that were left behind in the flower bed (very minor). We even saw one guy crawling around the edge of the porch balcony to grab debris out of the gutters by hand. We are completely happy with the job Rob's Roofing did on the new roof... they even finished it in one day! One company that came out said it could take 3-5 days! I guess maybe that is why his estimate was thousands of dollars higher? Rob's Roofing was clear and away the best price of everyone that came out to look at our roof. Which actually made us a bit nervous at first... thinking... why exactly are they so much cheaper? I still don't know why exactly, but it definitely worked out beautifully for us. Maybe one of my favorite things was the responsiveness to email communication. All emails were responded to within hours (provided it was during business hours of course). In fact, pretty much the entire process from start to finish was done via email... which I loved! It is surprisingly hard to find contractors out there with such good email communication, even in this day and age. Our house probably had the worst roof on the entire block (and there's some rough looking houses on the block, so that's saying something), but now it is the best! It looks great and we love it. Being in West Allis, the houses are VERY close together, so to prevent damage to our neighbors' houses, they attached huge tarps to the sides of their houses. As a result, no one's siding got messed up by falling debris. And sadly, I know it could have happened because our neighbor had their roof replaced exactly one week after ours and that company (Overland) did NOT cover our house and now the one side of our 1 year old siding and trim is full of scuff marks, dirt, and scratches because they did nothing to protect our house. Thankfully Rob's crew actually had brains to figure they should put up some kind of protection. So many more great things I could mention... Rob's Roofing said no money down, full balance due when the job was complete. That is the only way to go in my opinion. One company that I had come out wanted half down up front. Um, no thanks. After signing the agreement and sending it in, the roof was done less than a week later! Again, another one said we'd be looking at 1-2 months before they could start. I am really hard pressed to even come up with any negatives... aside from the tiny amounts of debris they missed (amazed how little was left), or the fact that they DirecTv satellite required a $50 service call to be set back up properly (they are roofers, not satellite installers after all)... really though... we could not be happier!

We got multiple bids, they were low. They offered suggestions on materials. They scheduled the date, arrived on time, and finished the work in a timely manner. The best experience we've had with a roofer.

They were very reasonable. They did the job in a couple of hours and looks good.

In 2015 I had Rob's Roofing do some work on my roof. This included installing a chimney flashing, putting in new roof vents, and connecting two exhaust fans to the roof vents.I wrote a review at that time. As a bonus, they threw in $200 in free roof or gutter repairs. I chose to have them replace a leaky southwest gutter over the sidewalk to my front door. They did so. Around Dec 15 2015 I noticed that the gutter was leaking again. I called Rob's Roofing to complain. At first the person who answered the phone said the records showed that the southeast gutter had been replaced. She accepted my insistence that it was the southwest gutter and said she would send someone out to check, I had not heard from them by the middle of January 2016 and was going to call them when they called and said they would be there the next day. They showed up the next day and replaced the gutter without a problem at no expense to me. It does not leak anymore. You can't get better service than that. Apparently they do stand behind their product.

Everything went well. They were very easy to work with from the estimate, to scheduling and doing the job. The job was done well all the work was explained to me both before work began and after it was completed. Communication throughout the project was good. I would use Rob's again and recommend them.

It was fabulous. I had a couple of other contractors that weren't willing to tackle the job. When John got to the house he let us know that he wanted the job. They didn't ask for down payment. They told me that the payment was due when we were satisfied with the job. He gave an incredibly detailed estimate of what the job would entail with pictures. He wanted the challenge and he was willing to do it. He had a very positive attitude from the get go. He and his crew did an excellent job. Even our neighbors gave them rave reviews about the job. They were amazing.

Last week, milwaukee had torrential rains with high winds. We noticed a SMALL leak in the chase where our water heater vents through the roof. Rob's had re-roofed our house last year, so we called them right away. Since we called on a non-business day, we left a message. They returned our call the very next business day, and had a technician out to the house that same day. They found the source of the leak, repaired it, and cleaned up, all within 1 hour. I think this was very responsive service, and would recommend Rob's to anyone who needs such services. Thanks, Rob's.

My call was returned promptly and the estimator was on time. I got the detailed estimate and supporting details and info by e-mail within a few days. I would have no problem using them in the future.

The company arrived on the appointed day with two huge crews. They covered the house to protect it from debris and set to work. My front and back yards have some serious landscaping and plantings. Everyone was very careful. I only ended up with one, small crushed bush. Both crews were done with everything in about half a day. The only serious clean up I had to deal with was inside my garage after they left. The roofs looked great and the areas around both jobs were clean. I had some issues later with siding that had not been caulked (no "J" channels) but after a little bit of confusion about the work in question, Rob's Roofing remediated the problem immediately. I chose Rob's Roofing because it was rated highly on Angie's List and because they are local to my home. I'm really glad I had them do the work!

Given that we'd just paid for a new roof and now were considering a metal roof one year later, Rob quoted the job fairly, providing us with a deep discount. His team was efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The new roof has not posed any problems. Even though we spent more than we expected on our roof, due to circumstances beyond our control, we highly recommend Rob's Roofing.

I hired Rob's Roofing to replace the roof on a historic building in Oak Creek. A local landmark that I have converted into my home over the past 30 years. It was about a $11,000 job. The entire experience has been a total nightmare. The foreman knew nothing about the job when he arrived and later admitted to me "I'm not very good at caulking". The workers clearly hated their job and were constantly complaining and arguing with each other. It was all about "banging out the job" as quickly as possible. Yikes! Since completing the job I have had to bring them back out numerous times. Debris left in the gutters and in the yard, shingles blowing off the roof, flashing damaged during the job and now leaking (I don't want to think about what is going on inside my walls). Recently they replaced the flashing around the skylight which they had damaged during the job. In the process they replaced a few shingles and didn't even use the same color!!!! Despite all my problems "Rob" has yet to call or stop out here to discuss this matter with me. If you are looking for a company to do the worst possible job (in the quickest amount of time) by all means "Rob's Roofing" is the way to go. However if you are looking for any degree of quality workmanship - RUN AWAY!!!!!

They came out - looked everything over. I had an estimate within a few hours. Called them and approved work to be done. They came the same day and completed the work - 3 downspouts. Very prompt, efficient, courteous. Quality work and quality products.

I called Rob's Roofing and made appointment. Jonathan came out to give me an estimate on my roof and on replacing my gutters. I'm a guy who asks a lot of questions and Jonathan has alot of knowledge in roofing and he was patient enough to answer all of my questions. After talking to Jonathan I felt comfortable going with Rob's Roofing. I met with Darrell who was the the Forman on this job he a sure me everything should go as planned,and if I had any concerns to let him know. They started somewhere around 7:00am on the roof there were 6 or 7 men out there working away, this crew looked like they been together for a while,really work as a team. They got my roof completed in one day. I was concerned about the nails being left in the lawn since I've got two dogs. They said everything will be picked up,when they were done,I walked around the house looking for nails.I didn't find one nail or anything for that matter, they did an awesome job on the roof and on clean up. We had problems with trying to find the right color for the gutters to match my existing trim we had 3 colors that were so close Rob offered to make 3 foot section of gutter of each color to hold up to see which color worked best he didn't have to do this but he did and I appreciated it, and we got the right color and it looks great. Every one I talked to was very nice polite and handled everything professionally. All in all, I was very satisfied with Rob's roofing would recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters installed.

They showed up when they said they would. That's good. They did the work, and I can only assume, since I am not a professional roofer, that it was done correctly. Time will tell. 2 problems. 1) There was a piece of J-channel missing from the siding that they agreed to replace. They did not do this the same day as the installation, and came to do this when I was not home. I still need to get on a ladder to see if it was installed correctly. 2) CLEAN-UP...Grade F!!! I found numerous nails, staples, chards of shingle, and chunks of wood in my planting beds and lawn. I am glad I found these before my grand daughter stepped on any of them. I would not hire them again, or ANY roofer for that matter, unless I could be there watching them.

The roofer came to location and walked with me to point out the problem areas of the the roof. He also explained what the solution should be. I was pleasantly surprised to get his quote so quickly. I have not yet got the other quotes to see if he will do the work. But I was impressed by his professionalism.

I've used Rob's Roofing before and they can be trusted to do a good job, on time, and show up when they say they will. There were some small details I asked them to adhere to with the downspouts and they did exactly what I asked.

Wanted over 10k to replace the roof. Extremely expensive; ended going with another provider who charged me 6k. Good for a bid but do a little research and you can get the job done for a lot less.

We did some research and the type of roof my husband wanted they were able to do because they are G.A.F. master installers. They are elite certified. They did an excellent job, we are very pleased with the finished product.

I had the roof replaced 5 years ago for a cheap price but I got what I paid for. An FHA inspector raised questions about the vents and the flashing, which looked terrible (just some sealing compound smeared on chimney). The gutter was leaking over the front door as well. Estimator showed up on time. He gave me the most detailed estimate with a price for each service performed and he seemed the most knowledgeable of the estimators I spoke with. They also gave me a $355 discount if I had all the services mentioned above performed. This was both the most extensive and and expensive estimate I received but after my previous experience with the cheap roof replacement I wasn't going to try to get by on the cheap again. Because it was a repair job that took less than one day we did not set a date. The estimator said that they would do the work within the next 2-3 weeks between other jobs. He said they would call me 2-3 days ahead of time to let me know when they would be there.. I got a phone message the day before they arrived. The office girl said that she would have to check and get back to me but that the work crew should be showing up either the next day or the day after that.. She never called me back and the work crew showed up the next day. This could have been a problem but fortunately I was available. Work crew showed up on time and completed the work in the time estimated. No problems with the work crew. As far as I can tell, everything has worked out fine. Gutter isn't leaking any more. If I have any problems, I will write another review. Only other problem was wrong date on invoice.
