We called Rob's because after all the rain this June we noticed that it looked like we were missing shingles where the flashing meets the shingles. This is the second time we have called Rob's. The last time it was raining in our basement in December! They were so responsive then and were this time as well. Jenny in the office really handles the communication so well. No waiting days to hear back like many contractors. Thank you for that. Justin who handles their sales came out. It turned out that what we thought were missing shingles was actually rust on the steel flashing where it meets the shingles. No repair was needed at this time. In a few years it may need replacement but now it was just an aesthetic issue. Justin was honest and pleasant. He let us know a ballpark for what it will cost to replace the flashing at a later date and explained what they would do to prevent the rust should they have an opportunity to replace the flashing in a few years. While he was here he nailed down a shingle that had lifted up by a downspout. There was no charge, but I put the 1.00 cost above to fill the blank spot in the web form. Usually when I have a major repair I get three estimates. I have to say Rob's is exceptional and they are really my first and only choice for roofing work.

The company promptly sent out a representative to check out the property, take measurements and ask questions on what it was I wanted done. A few days later, the rep met with me to go over their proposal in great detail, explaining what it was they would do, what materials they would use, the kind of workmanship I could expect and of course the price for the entire job with the potential for additional costs to replace boards if necessary. He took notes on specific concerns I had, such as being extra careful with nails or mess on my neighbor's property, indicating where possible to divert it to my own. (Not that any of this really mattered in the end as they did a remarkable job cleaning up; I even noticed one worker on his hands and knees picking up small debris on the lawn.) The crew foreman did a great job of explaining what it was they were going to do each day. They took great care to cover the area surrounding the work with tarps to reduce opportunities for old roofing materials to get into the lawn. The foreman mentioned that a few boards had to be replaced which was not surprising yet it was good that he kept me in the loop. The crew worked quickly and endured a miserable cold windy day on the second day, but kept at it. The job was completely done and the area cleaned up in two days. I had to grin when I walked around to check out the area. It looked cleaner than it did before they started. A couple days after the job was done, the rep returned with the final invoice. The additional charges for replacing rotten boards was very reasonable. He provided me with the company's ten-year workmanship warrantee (transferrable once if I sell which is nice as that is a possibility) and mentioned that the shingle manufacturer should be sending me their fifty-year materials warrantee in a few weeks. To summarize, I found Rob's Roofing LLC a contractor who provided me with an excellent product installed by a knowledgeable crew who cleaned up well at a very reasonable price. The rep always kept his appointments and the job was done very quickly.

They were very good and I think he's got your award 10 years or something. My experience with them was very good. I had to do one thing, got into it, I called back and gave me a larger estimate. He was prompt, had professional, worker, very conscientious in completing the work in my satisfaction and to fix the problem. I was happy with the price.

Less than a half hours work he wanted $225, I didn’t know if that was good or not. This was an emergency situation so I didnt have any other options. All he did was pour calcium chloride down the spout, one trip up the ladder. It did work but the next day was extremely sunny so that was part of solving the problem. The guy was very nice.

Rob's Roofing was very professional and prompt. We were given a detailed written estimate and written information in regard to the job they would do along with, the specific materials to be used. Rob told us when the job would be done and, we received a phone call before the workers arrived. They were very efficient, hard working, organized and neat. I have not found any stray nails or pieces of old roofing, from the tear down, around the work site. We are very happy with the result.

I had called for an estimate and Rob' Roofing came out the next day to give me a estimate and the following week I went into their office to sign the contract. The next week the new shingles arrived and the following day Rob's installers came out worked on my garage and the house. They did an excellent job! The workmen did a wonderful job cleaning up my yard of all of the old shingles and debris from the removal of the old roofing. My home looks great and I would highly recommend them to all my neighbors.

Two day project. Kept me informed. Answered all of my questions. Did not require any money down. They did all of the paperwork - permits, supplied lien waivers and warranties. Cleaned up after project was finished.. Matched exact singles to detached garage which was done four years ago.. Told us that my gutters were still good and could be saved. Other contractor suggested new ones. Took pictures, inspected roof and gave us a detained quote good for 115 days.

The new gutters matched the home and fixed a problem that we thought was more serious. Friendly, professional, effective service.

The price seemed fair. They were on time, did it fast and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves.

They came way before I expected. I am so use to having to wait months for otherdealers I was shocked. They did their work quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I would go to them again for sure.

I was very pleased with the estimate Justin provided. Of all the contractors I called to come over and look at the work I needed done, Rob's Roofing was the only contractor that came with a ladder and actually climbed up on the roof to look at my issues. The prices I got back from other contractors were around the same ball park that Rob's Roofing provided, so for actually looking at issues and taking pictures I went with Rob's Roofing. I signed their proposal and then waited. They were swamped in work from all the rain so I had to wait a month for them to show up to do the work. What can you do? They called me to say they would be showing up between 7AM and 8AM on the day of install. I wanted to be there to get them started and answer any questions they had for me. Well I had to work at 8AM so I waited until 8:30AM. They never showed up in the time I was waiting before I had to leave for work. I get home and there they are working getting the stuff done. They got everything done in a day with 6 people working on the house. I am satisfied with the work they did.

Rob did an excellent job explaining all the options available and providing a quick and fair quote. The work did take a little longer than expected because of snow we got hit with. The install guys made sure to be there whenever heavy snow wasn't falling, even in the bitter cold and a Saturday. The work they did came out really well and everyone was kind and professional. They also offered to reinstall our shutters after we painted them and installed the new house lights that we bought. We wound up having a few spots where the wood was rotted but were advised of them before they were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Rob's Roofing to anyone looking for a home contractor. I went from an ugly green aluminum house to a beautiful Victorian Gray vinyl home.

We obtained several quotes for roof replacement -- all were similar in pricing. However Rob's Roofing LLC's quote was very professionally drawn up and very, very detailed. Jerry Pieper also took the time (made an appt with us and came over) to review the quote and explain everything that they would do - line item by line item, including how many nails that would be used to secure each shingle. This provided us with a very high comfort level. We also decided to have our gutters and downspouts replaced at the same time. They needed replacement, and had we decided to hold off until a later date as originally thought - it would have been much more costly, so a 2nd quote was prepared - again very detailed. The work begun on time. The workers were helpful and polite. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up the entire job site when the work was finished. There were some surprises - rotted facia boards that needed replacement and critter's nests in the eaves!! Go figure - critters! Jerry communicated this information to us and made a special trip or two first thing in the AM to point out these problems before the work was done to fix it. Again - another detailed quote for these unexpected "surprises". There was good communication during the entire process (calls were returned promptly, etc). Jerry also explained that we were entitled to a monetary claim from Certainteed due to the condition of the shingles that needed to be replaced. Shingle samples were saved - the entire required report was made out by Rob's Roofing and a CLAIM check for over $1200 was received. They took care of everything (many pages of paperwork) to get the claim accepted and processed! We would highly recommend Rob's Roofing LLC for any roofing/gutter repair/replacement that you may need. They are honest and fair. The level of communication beginning with the written proposals thru the unexpected critter nests exceeded our expectations.

Discovered a leak in upstairs bedroom, just before Christmas. Contacted Rob's Roofing, and Jerry Pieper came out to give estimate on replacing roof(over 15 years old). The roof is fairly flat and Jerry took the time to explain why shingles were not a good idea on a flat roof. Rubber roofing material would be more beneficial. However I was left to make my own decision. After Jerry taking the time to listen to all my questions and answering them, I went with the rubber roofing material. I was satisified with the material and cost estimate, but with winter here in Wisconsin, and 2 inches of ice on the roof, It appeared I may have to wait until spring. Jerry explained that for the material to adhere correctly we would at least need a few days of 40 degrees. Now I don't no which one of us had a connection to the man upstairs, but lo and behold right after New Years the January thaw started. I received a call from Jerry on January 7th, that since the temps would be in the 40's the next few days, they would start work the next day(Jnauary 8th).Crew showed up at 8AM, draped the front of the house with a gigantic tarp to protect the bushes, and flower beds, and went right to work. The entire crew was professional, and courteous. Entire job was finished by 3PM the same day. The entire crew than went about cleaning up around the house down to even the smallest of pieces. No debris was left anywhere. The gigantic trash box was removed by 4PM. Next day, bright and early someone showed up and even swept up the area again. I have 3 buildings on my property where the roofs need attention and have already told Jerry I will be calling him again.

Great experience. Our flashing was leaking (could see it in the attic) and dripping straight down to the basement. Yikes! Our roof and flashing is about 8 years old. Our prior roofer has gone out of business, so it was time to find a new provider. Emailed Rob's on Sunday, and by Monday morning 9:00 am Jenny had already scheduled the estimator to come out that very day. I did not have to be present for the estimator, which was very convenient. By 2:00 on Monday there was an estimate in my door. We found the price very fair. By Thursday the roofers were here and that was a relief because it is very rainy once again. So far, the repair seems to have done the trick. Jenny in the office was very professional. We appreciated the good service even though this job wasn't exactly a windfall of money for them. We will definitely contact Rob's for an estimate on any future projects.

Arrived on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. Did find a roll of nails in a flowerbed near a sidewalk the day after the work. This could have been dangerous had someone stepped on them as they were sitting with points facing up. Also found several nails in our driveway and alley, but those were minor concerns. One small item for the job was accidently left out of the contract. After talking with Rob, he had someone come out immediately and make the repair at no extra charge. Very pleased with the look of the shingles. I would recommend this company.

Called to have to get a quote for our 2200sq ft roof. One of three that I had done. I spoke to Jerry on the phone. Set up an appt and he was punctual and very friendly. We discussed what I wanted to have done. He asked many questions and listened to what I had to say. Two days later I received the quote. It was much less than the other two I had gotten. Jerry offered to stop over again if I wanted to go over the quote in person. The work was schedule within one week and was completed in 2.5 days. The foreman and the laborers were very professional and extremely clean. At the end of each day, they made sure all the debris was cleaned. The work went fast, and the quality was great. It was a very smooth operation.

We submitted this report at the end of March. I have not seen it on the account. What is the purpose of a report if it is not posted on the contractors account?

We had a leak in our roof that was significant. While we were collecting buckets of water in our attic overnight on a Sunday, I called Rob's Roofing at 3 A.M. to get on their list first thing in the morning. By 3:20 A.M., Rob's Roofing returned my call and told me they would have someone out first thing. I was amazed when they apologized for not coming immediately due to the fact that the crew had just come in from salting the roads. Rob arrived with Jerry by 8 A.M., and they assessed the situation. They determined that a racoon had chewed a sizable hole in a section of our rubber roofing and there was no roofing material over a section of the attic that was about 1 foot by 6 inches. They created a temporary patch immediately and provided an estimate within an hour. Based on the extent of the work, we were impressed with how reasonable the estimate was. The crew returned the next day and completed the replacement of the rubber roofing section over two days. I was pleased with how efficient they were and how clean the job was completed.

They were punctual and they were clean. They cleaned up well after the job. They did a good job and completed the work on time. There were some cosmetic problems with the window installation, which they fixed promptly and thoroughly. They threw in a few upgrades because off the issue which was appreciated.

I needed a new roof on my house so I researched some companies. I had 3 estimates the ranged as high as $9000. When the representative from Rob's Roofing came out on a Friday, I was impressed by the detail that he went into as far as what had to be done and how it would be done. I was so impressed that I offered him the job. The rep said that he would have an official quote by Monday. Well he came back Friday afternoon with the quote and the rest is history. They come on the scheduled day and the men who did the roofing were very detailed and worked at a good pace. They also answered any questions that I had. I'm very satisfied with the job that they did and would recommend them to others.

Everything turned out fantastic with this company. They were very helpful and professional. The office staff was very knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would they would do. They were very easy to work with this company. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

I requested a quote from Rob's Roofing for tear off and replace with architectural shingles. Jerry called and came over at the time he and I arranged. He was very thorough including looking at roof structure from inside the attic. Besides roof measurements checked out the gutters and explained the problem on front gutter. We were undecided between colors. We were given addresses of houses they had done with those color shingles. Wife and I decided on the color and agreed to accept the Rob's quote although it was higher. Jerry proposed a date for the job, we agreed and it rained. It was moved out three days because of the rain. They put up safety rails 6/15. Tore off and replaced roofing, flashing etc. 6/16 along with clean up. 6/17 installed new custom made front gutter.

They arrived on time and the entire job was done within 4 hours, including loading the dumpster, cleanup, and using a blower to get the fine debri away from the house/concrete. We asked for a quote for replacement gutters - $600. They will be installed as soon as the weather permits my husband to finish installing the metal roof. Rob's Roofing is the best of the best. Professional, top-quality workers who know what it means to work as a team. Highly recommended.
