Mike was right on time, actually 5 minutes early, he didn't dilly dally, he was personable, professional, and did another awesome. The water pressure throughout my house is so much better! I called the office at 815 monday morning, they had a person out by 1pm, he brought all the equipment they needed and had the problem fixed by 315. He was professional, polite and did a great job

l called Mike Ingrilli Plumbing on Friday morning. Their voice mail system directed me to leave a message and they would return my call within one business day. I left a message with my phone number and the type of services I needed. (I needed installation/replacement of a garbage disposal and a replacement faucet). But, nobody ever bothered to call me back. It has been a week now.

y 15 year old electric water heater suddenly stopped heating and needed to be replaced. The water heater was connected to an old electric company energy saving "timer box" which was no longer serviced by the electric company. There was a question as to whether the a new water heater could be hooked up to it or whether it needed to be removed, which would require an electrician. Mike Ingrilli was the only company that was willing to come and look at the set-up ahead of time so that I could be given an accurate estimate. Mike thought the timer box could be reconnected and still be used. The next day, the timer was not working. When I called Mike about it he was concerned and he sent Trawicki Electric over right away. After talking it over with the the electrician, I decided to have the timer box removed. There was no extra charge to me above the original estimate. After installing the water heater, Mike suggested that the brine tank for the water softer could be moved which would give me more room and also look better. I told him to go ahead and I was pleasantly surprised at how much better the arrangement was. So I got an extra bonus! Mike was both friendly and easy to work with. He had the best price compared to the other plumbers I checked with. He also recommended a water heater with a good warranty. I would definetly use him again.

They did an excellent job! Kurt is the worker that I have had out to my house before and has always done a great job. He is a perfectionist and always pays attention to detail and is always very neat. They are all great plumbers!

Basement flooded after vandals turned on outside faucet in the middle of the night on a weekend. Made several calls to plumbing companies - Mike Ingrilli was one of the few that called back. He came out in the evening and was able to drain the water. Identified a broken drain pipe and outlined what needed to be done. He made sure things were okay in the interim before the rest of the work was done to replace the floor drain pipe. He and his team returned the next week to take care of the project. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. It was a weird situation and I was anxious about what needed to be done. He took time to make sure I understood what needed to be done and answered my extra questions. He didn't gouge me for the weekend emergency visit - I had received estimates from other companies on the phone that were quite a bit higher. Very satisfied with the results.

Mike arrived early and called. I was coming from work so he waited. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. He explained what was occurring and possible "fixes". Not only did he educate, but did the job as well. I would certainly recommend Mike to all my friends and neighbors! I plan to make another appointment in the near future with him to fix all the annoying small plumbing issues in my home!

They arrived ON TIME!! The tech was very careful to put down pads to work from. He walked me through each step of the process, letting me know why things happened and how to avoid problems in the future. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. I thought the bill was very fair.

I thought the cost was reasonable. The service was excellent.

Mike is great! He is friendly, he worked quickly, and he cleaned up everything. He was very up front about prices and the work he was going to do. He does what you want your plumber to do - that is, he's honest and good.

They get somebody out right away and they do great work.

Called on Friday morning and was told Mike would be there between 2:30 and 3:30 that afternoon. He never showed. Left a message at the office that evening saying that I was disappointed that no one had called to tell me he wasn't coming and hoped I could reschedule; never got a call back from anyone. Was surprised at this poor service, since others seem to have had very positive experiences with this company.

Mike was prompt and very professional. He completed what I considered a very tough job involving fixing and reconfiguring an outside faucet in a relatively short amount of time and the faucet works great with no leaking whatsoever!! He even put cloths down on the rugs. He also fixed my showerhead which has had low pressure for years and it works great now. Thanks.

Kurt was running a bit late - called and arrived shortly afterward. Kurt worked steady 7-1/2 hrs til the job was completed. Good job and fair price.

Quickly identified the issue with the toilet and repaired the toilet. But called at least 30 minutes after appointment to tell me they would be late. They should have called me before they were late. Also, in my opinion should have been charged for 1 hour, not the extra 1/2 hour for the work performed and especially since they were late. The plumber was very professional.

Once in the middle in the middle of winter, a pipe burst. It was spraying and freezing all over the garage. I called the contractor at around four in the morning. He knows my home well and offered to come out right away if needed. He then offered if I don't need him for the next few hours I could save money and avoid the weekend rates. He then told me how to shut off the water. He came that morning and fixed the problem within an hour. We have been dealing with them for about thirty years and the experience is always good. They always bring the right materials. It is a family owned firm. Whenever they fix a problem they fix it right. They know what they are doing. They also provide good advice and stand behind their work. We can always get a hold of them and they know my home well. I am very satisfied with their work. I recommend them to all of my neighbors.

They never submitted an estimate to me. It's been 11 days since they have been out. I've called and called, and still nothing.
