Don’t ever use this company! First, they overcharge! And, they will not come back and fix something they installed that should be warranted. We used him several times and every time they had to go back and fix what they installed. They wanted to charge us for the work that they Installed incorrectly. We are still dealing with this issue a year later. Obviously, we stopped using Ingrilli and we are with a more professional, reliable, plumbing company. Save yourself the headache and stress because there are plenty of other, qualified plumbing companies out there to use and Mike Ingrilli is not one of them! He is very rude and unprofessional!

They came quickly and installed the new Hot Water Heater efficiently. Cleaned up and disposed of old one. They said what the price would be to replace and install before they came out. No surprises. Fantastic!

Mike Ingrilli's crew upgraded my water heater to a 75 gallon with a power vent requiring new exhaust piping out the side of the house. Upgraded water piping and valves were also installed. My extended family and I have used Mike in the past many times, Superior, professional and courteous service have always been the norm and this experience was no different. Mike will continue to the the plumber of choice for our family and friends.

They coordinated with the tenant and got the job done. Remove horizontal copper. Install pex to prevent leaking from cold conditions. They kept me informed on their progress and checked in with me before leaving the rental.

After an entire summer spent getting the run-around from the plumber we'd used at our home in the past, we gave up and used Angie's List to search for someone else who could get the job done. Within the course of two weeks, Mike came out to look at the project, devised a plan, and sent us a quote for the work. His associate, Roger, came out soon after and, within a full day's work, our firepit was finally functional. What impressed me: 1) Neither our former plumber nor our landscape contractor (who installed the firepit in the first place) seemed to know how to make the firepit functional in a way that was up to code, meaning we'd basically paid $$$ for a 36" hole in the middle of our new patio. Mike figured out a creative solution almost immediately. 2) Part of the project required shutting off the gas to our home. Roger came back into the house as soon as he turned the gas back on to make sure our furnace was functioning properly and to relight the pilot on our water heater. 3) When he was finished, Roger cleaned up the patio and nearby flower bed and actually apologized to me for tracking a bit of mud onto our driveway during the course of his work. I had not complained about this (and wouldn't have!), but it was a nice surprise to have a contractor who was so concerned about cleaning up after himself. This is one of the best experiences we've ever had with a contractor, and we would HIGHLY recommend Mike and his crew for any of your plumbing needs!

All went very smoothly beginning with making the appointment though the friendly and competent plumber completing the job.

One of the worst plumber experiences I have encountered. The main reasons for selecting this company was they are on Angie's List (how this happened, I will never know). It took the plumber 30 minutes to get to my home and I was charged a "dispatch" fee. Who knows where the guy was coming from-maybe he stopped to shop or have lunch but the point is that I MADE an appointment , the business was 10 minutes away, and a travel fee is included in the first hour of labor. The plumber's total labor was around 40 minutes, but I was charged for an hour and a half. Also, advised I was an Angie's List member, and did not receive a discount that was on Angie's List. To top it off, I also live 1800 miles away in Arizona. I believe this company took advantage of a situation--shame on you. I have the invoice and accurate timeline from my tenant. No, I did not let it slide. I asked to speak with the owner but received no call back (what a surprise). I had to call the office numerous times since there was absolutely no follow up on their part. In the end, I received money back for the half hour (aka "dispatch" time) after pursuing something that should not have happened in the first place. Besides being a shameful, dishonest company, your customer service could use some work.

They always do a good job and their prices are fair. They do an impressive job with the antique tub and toilets that I have in my home.

Mike did very good work and the price was right. Mike was very responsive; I called him on Monday and he did the installation on Friday.

We've used Mike Ingrilli Plumbing twice now. Once, to cap and remove a (leaking outdoor) gas line when we moved into our new house, and then again, a few months later, to fix a leaking valve that we had to an outside line. We've had both Mike come out himself, as well as an employee. Everyone that we have spoken to and worked with from this company has been very courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Prices are competitive, and they work very hard to accommodate your schedule. We will continue to call them for any plumbing needs in the future!

Project was completed and in good time. While using it, it leaks in the basements to the tiled basement ceiling. I have had the tiles replaced 3 times. I asked for no lip on the shower and they told me they can do that but did not. I called two other plumbers and they told me they should have never installed this and it never would have worked. I've been calling them and the company has yet responded, now I don't think I will be able to sale the house because of all the water damage.

I've used Mike Ingrilli Plumbing (MIP) in the past and my experience is it all depends on who comes out to your house. Mike and Curt (if he still works there) are the best from MIP; others are just ok. This review is based on MIP's pricing as the service performed was completed to my satisfaction. From my last experience MIP charges from the time the plumber leaves the last appointment to the time the plumber leaves your house. In my situation, it took 30 minutes for the plumber to travel from his last appointment to my house. So I basically paid $74 ($148 for the first hour) for the plumber to drive 30 minutes. I would rather MIP charge a service fee than travel time as I can't control the traffic. The second issue I have is that MIP charges extra to use their drain cleaner ($45 use charge). I would've expected that to be part of the hourly price as they don't charge for other power tools used on the job. The third issue is based on their billing. I was never mailed a bill, instead I found it in my "junk" email folder. Please spend the extra money for an envelope and stamp and mail it out.

Initially, I hoped to install a new powder room...the owner came and offered a bid which was a fair and reasonable. I really liked the owner, I suggested him to my sister. However, my next call to this company was not the experience i enjoyed... the issue: a slow drain. That plumber who arrived, blamed the problem to Kleenexs stuffed down the drain. He "cleared" the problem and left. However, that afternoon, I called again with the same complaint and I know I did not put any Kleenexs down the drain---I called him immediately as I did pay $$ to him to "fix" the problem earlier. He arrived that evening after 6, very hostile: bad traffic AND he was scheduled to be off on a hunting trip. He angrily told me nothing wrong with the drain, and again charged me another hundred plus dollars!! I guess the money and his attitude did not help my rage. I paid him TWICE for nothing, no good information, just blame. It's taken me a long time to purchase an Angie's membership, but at last I've done it. FYI, another plumber has been here about this problem....true the drain was not the problem, but in fact the faucet flow exceeds the drain. If the Ingrilli plumber told me this in the first place i would have been satisfied and a few hundred dollars richer.

It went very well. I called after 8 AM to make an appointment and the work began at 2PM. Good job. The drains work great now and the cleanup was very good.

Very polite, helpful, respectful. Price was better than two other plumbers I called. Did great work. Would highly recommend this company. Also the staff scheduling appointments were very polite and helpful. Plumber was on time. Didn't leave any mess. Went the extra mile to get things just right.

I called Monday morning requesting a sewer pipe cleaning and the scheduler was able to get me in at 1:00 that day. She called me back at 11:00 and said they could arrive early if I was home. Everything was protected with drop cloth in the work area and on the path where they brought the equipment into the basement from outside. Mike and Ben were here about an hour and a half and everything was left tidy and functioning. Mike is friendly, efficient and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

Through the years we've spent time away from work and close to $500 and our shower still leaks. There were a few instances where they did not show up for our appointment and didn't returned our calls. Very disappointed. Mike did come immediately when we called because our basement had water coming in after they replaced our sump pump. Mike replaced the pump and cleaned out the pit like it was supposed to be the first time.

Got to work fast didn't waste any time, quickly assessed the backed up sewer drain, located the pipe entry and ran 2 rod sizes to clear out tree roots, sewer drain began flowing normally, snaked tub drain to assess slow draining, minimal improvement, suggested mechanism might be faulty

Right before Thanksgiving we had a hot water leak in the basement - a fast drip. Unfortunately the best time for service (for us) was on a Saturday so that make the price a bit steeper. But they did a good job, replaced a leaking portion of old galvanized pipes with pex. Worked as quickly as he could for being a Saturday, and fixed the problem. At first I thought this might have been a DIY project I shouldn't pay for, I am glad I didn't try. This was a job for a pro, despite it being a small job.

While the service work itself addressed and resolved our issue just fine, I am concerned about the professionalism and integrity of the plumber who visited our home. He was quite friendly, but incredibly chatty, and I felt he stretched out the time he needed to do the work by at least 50% (paid by the hour). What was most problematic was the bill. After an hour of work (a stretched hour), he put 1.5 hours on the work order without telling me. I caught it right before I signed. When I asked about it, he said I needed to pay for the drive time from his last appointment (which makes no sense anyway...if he were coming from 30 mi vs. around the corner, my bill would be more or less??). I called the office (woman who answers phone is incredible helpful and professional), and she confirmed we were to just pay for work time, not drive time. I really feel he was intentionally trying to overcharge.

Awesome experience. I called in the morning, and they were there enthusiastically in the afternoon. Took a look at the job, gave some suggestions, and then did the job that afternoon. No charge to come to my house, which was uncommon compared to the other plumbers I called. Job was done very well. The cost of the job could have been a bit cheaper, but it was not outrageous. I would say it was fair. I don't mind paying a little extra for a company that wants my business and wants to get it done ASAP. I will definitely be calling again.

We had no hot water coming out of the tub faucet. They adjusted the limit stop to max on valve. We had to call them back again to re-adjust the valve a little more. The plumber was very cordial and they came back right away to make the second adjustment. We would certainly use them again for any plumbing needs.
