The staff was professional and kept me posted of their schedule. I needed them the winterize a rental property. The came as scheduled and got the job done professionally.

Fantastic. Installed everything in about an hour. I was going to try it myself -- glad I didn't. Was a tremendous value to me to have it done right and quickly. I will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

I woke up on Sunday morning to a completely backed up kitchen sink... and I was having a party on Sunday afternoon so this wasn't going to be good. Tried Drano and plunging it myself and I just made it worse. Called 3 different plumbers from Angies List that all said they'd do emergency service on their websites. I made the calls at @ 9:00 AM on Sunday and left voicemails for all (including Mike). Mike was not only the first to call back at 9:30, he also said he could be there by 10:30, which was great. He gave me the heads up that since it was Sunday it would be time and a half, which I totally understand, but I still appreciated him making that clear before he even came out. He told me it could be a 90+ minute job depending on how bad the blockage was. He was here by 10:15 and gone by 11:15. He put down tarps, wore booties, cleaned up everything when he left, my sink area was actually cleaner after he left then what he arrived. Great experience overall. I was so pleased, I asked him to quote on some future plumbing work that I'll be doing in the next couple months.

Very well! he did a great job, showed why the faucet had to be replaced instead of just fixed and made short order of the toilet. Very efficient!

From the estimate to the repair Mike was right on time. Communication via email was very convenient for me. Mike did the job himself and exceeded my expectations. Mike was courteous and completed the project in less time than was anticipated. Mike left no trace of his work, very clean work area. Would definitely recommend and use Mike's company again.

I called and was given an appointment within a few days. Kurt, who has done work for me before, was prompt, clean and courteous. He cleaned up completely, when the job was done. He worked quickly and with little disturbance, which is important as I run a daycare in my home. I felt the cost of service was good. Michael and his crew has done work for me and given me advice on projects. I have always been extremely satisfied.

Everything went very smoothly from the time we called for an estimate to the very end of the job. The estimator, Kurt, also performed the work with his assistant, Joe. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Initially, the quote was a little light on details so we emailed the office with the text we wanted to see included in the quote's description. The office turnaround was very quick using email and within a couple days of our request we were able to mail them back a signed quote that contained all our requested revisions. Mike Ingrilli Plumbing was one of three estimates we requested. We were impressed with Kurt during his initial visit and his company also offered us the best price -- making our decision of who to choose quite simple! Right after receiving the signed quote and one third down-payment, the office called us to schedule the job. Kurt and Joe arrived exactly when the office said they would and immediately set to work. They worked hard and fast all day. We don't ever recall seeing them take a break. Their work looks great. We would definitely request those two gentlemen again for any plumbing work we need.

That evening I noticed my laundry tub and bathtub/shower was draining very slowly. I was quite concerned so I called Mike directly the next morning. He himself came out and spent a significant time making sure the problem was fixed all the while giving me tips and education on preventative care for these old plumbing systems. Mike charged me absolutely no extra to come out and solve the problem that 2nd day. I felt that given the severity of the issue, the price was very reasonable. He was wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to use and/or recommend him in the future. I am only sorry it took me so long to write this review!!

I should first note that the cost I put in here is a guess--MIP always sends an invoice after the work and, because I've had such good experiences working with them for years, I've never asked for an estimate for their work before they do it. I'm sure there are cheaper plumbers in town, but it's been at least 7 years since I called someone else for an estimate. MIP answers the phone--and Dana, who usually picks up is organized, friendly, and clear about schedules and what to expect. In the last 4 years, we've had probably 4 different plumbers who work for MIP do work for us (dishwasher installation, new faucet/clear the lines for a shower, replace old pipe from the water heater) and each time the plumber has been not only technically skilled--but also friendly, good at explaining the project, and very considerate about cleaning up after himself. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Called in the morning, arrived by 10am, identified the problem and had it fixed efficiently.

Never called back and left 2 messages must not need our work.

It was great. The person who came over was really nice and he fixed the problem. He was just really polite. He came and did the work. He said that it would take him an hour and that's what it took him. He was very professional. I was happy with him. They were there the next day.

They came to fix a toilet leak and it wasn't properly fixed so they came back again and didn’t charge me again for the second time.

The service went well. Plumber installed toilet, sink, and shower head & handle. The plumber pointed out that there were some errors made the the rough plumber and fixed them as needed. The plumber was professional and informed me of the need to make modifications to the install when needed. Overall, they did a good job.

After being left hanging after dealing with 3 different pluming contractors and/or installers for big box retail stores, who came out to the house to install a new water heater, and then either tried to jack up the price, and in all cases would not or could not do the job of converting a gravity feed direct vent water heater to a power vent direct vent water heater, I spoke with Mike Ingrilli on Saturday afternoon. The last installer just refused to install at the agreed upon price contracted through Lowes, using the justification that they don't do complicated conversions on Saturdays, and that this was a very complicated job . He gave me a revised quote in which the labor was for more than the price of the water heater, and said he would return on Monday. Mike listened to my dilemma patiently, and wanted to help me out. He offered to do the job, at his normal rates, picks up the unit at the store for us at 8 AM Sunday morning, and goes to work on this "complicated" and "time-consuming" job. In a few minutes shy of 2 hours, we had hot water, the old unit was removed, he did a meticulous job of cleaning up and had his truck packed up and was ready to go. For less than some of the other dealers regular scheduled prices. Mike tyknew exactly what needed to be done, go down to work, was organized, meticulous and got us out of a real jam. I would not expect he's going to be able to be able to do this for everyone every time. But our my case,after dealing with people who were either incompetent, or engaged in questionable business practices, We deeply appreciate the courtesy extended to us by Mike Ingrilli. His prices were more than reasonable, his service, and the quality of his work were exceptional, and, and the fact that he went above and beyond on a Sunday is also appreciated greatly. If you are looking for an honest, reliable plumber, look no further. Mike Ingrilli is the man.

When I called to make an appointment with Mike Ingrilli's Plumbing, I spoke with Dana. She was especially friendly, courteous and very helpful. She was able to get me an appointment the very next day. Dennis of Mike Ingrilli's Plumbing did an outstanding job! I was very pleased with his performance. He was very friendly, punctual and professional. He was able to install my new water heater in record time -- under 2 hours!!! I actually felt bad that he then had to haul my 15-year-old, ancient water heater up the basement steps never complaining once. I will definitely use Mike Ingrilli's Pluming again an d will refer his company to my friends and family. This morning I enjoyed a LONG, luxurious, HOT shower and it was GREAT!!!! The plumber arrived at specific time. He listen to what was the issue and cleared the clog and replaced the plumbing in a timely manner.

I called Mike one morning when the bathtub water would no longer drain from our tub. Mike had a plumber to our house within hours. The plumber was courteous and responsive. He power snaked our drain and, at my request, also agreed to replace our old drum trap with a p-trap, which has significantly helped the tub drainage. The extra work was reasonably priced and we were very happy with the service. We'll be calling Mike and his team again when we have plumbing problems.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this company. I called to arrange an estimate for some work on my master bathroom vanity. I took off a partial day of work to attend this meeting. When I was almost home, I received a call that Mike was finishing another project and would not be able to make the appointment. He would also not be able to meet later that day. I scheduled another appointment on a Saturday morning to get the estimate. About 30 minutes prior to the appointment Mike called and said he was again busy with another project and would not be able to make the appointment. He did offer to reschedule the appointment for an hour after the originally scheduled appointment. I agreed and changed my Saturday plans to wait for him to arrive. This was the last I heard from Mike or his office. He did not call to explain or reschedule. I called him about 30 minutes after the time of the appointment on that Saturday, but was only able to leave a message that asked for a return call. It has now been over a week since the last contact that I had with them and still have not heard from them. This is very disappointing, especially since the Angie's list rating was quite high. They certainly lack professionalism.

The first plumber who came out was very polite and professional. In an attempt to unclog the 1st bathroom drain, the second bathroom drain (across from the 1st) was clogged as well. I was very unhappy because I had at least one bathroom drain working to start with. Now, both drains were clogged. He attempted to access the vertical pipe in the wall (shared by the two drains) and tried to get at the clog that way but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, he could not get his instrument to bend to get at the clog. He apologized that he could not resolve the problem without some additional work. He further stated that he could stay and cut a whole in the wall that connects the two drains and replace part of the pipe. He informed me that it could take up to 2-4 additional hours to fix. That meant to me that the cost was going to increase tremendously. I am currently working part time and cannot afford such a fee. He said that unfortunately the building is old and pretty much hunched his shoulders. I told him that it was not my fault that the second drain is now clogged ...I have no bathroom sink to use now. At this point he prepared to leave and asked for my signature saying that I was satisfied with the work that was done and could discuss my dissatisfaction with the owner and secretary. I told him that I was NOT satisfied with the work and refused to sign the form. I asked that he call the owner, Mike, and explain the situation. He talked with Mike and said that he could stay and finish the work and I could pay half now and the other half later. I asked what he meant by later and he said in 3 or 4 months! I did not want to take his word for it and that just did not sound right to me. I asked him to call the owner back and that I would like to speak to him myself. When I got Mike on the phone he apologized for the staff guy telling me that I could pay the balance in 3 or 4 months. It was actually in 30 days. I told him that I could not afford that. He then said that he would come out and finish the work himself. He came right over and resolved the problem within 30 minutes (if that). He did not have to cut any walls. He only charged me for 1 hour of work (the corporate rate) plus the cost of the use of his machine. I was VERY satisfied and impressed with Mike and his work! He was very kind, professional, compassionate, informative and fast. I will definitely use his services again. Next time, though, I will ask only for him!

BEST PLUMBER EVER! I will never use another plumber again. The kitchen sink and garbage disposal clogged on Friday night. My husband, who is handy, spent several hours working on it, but this was beyond his capabilities. We checked Angie's List, and called several plumbers, most of whom we couldn't afford for an emergency call (multiple hundreds of dollars more). Mike called back right away, came out within 2 hours of our call. He was professional, courteous, and got to work right away. He spent an hour working on our drain on a Saturday emergency call, and only charged us $174.24. His work was outstanding, and despite a very slushy day outside, he left my kitchen and kitchen floor cleaner than when he arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and will never call anyone again. I highly recommend him!

Mike was personable, informative and professional. I think we have found our go to plumber for the future.

My wife and i just bought a 2nd home in Greenfield, Wisconsin. We live in California. Our son is currently living in the home. Mike and his staff in the office were very professional and quick to respond. His plumber showed up on time and ready to take care of business. He reconfigured the piping under the kitchen sink that was, quite frankly, done in a very disorganized and odd configuration. He put in the new garbage disposal. Put in some new flex hosing in the bathroom faucet and put in a new coupling in the hot water heater. I was very pleased with their work, their fair price and their professionalism. I'll use them again in a heartbeat.
