Fantastic experience! I have found my plumber! I called for a service appointment because my sump pump was cycling erratically and was on the verge of failure. I got a call back within an hour and an offer to come that afternoon (about 4 hours later). The pump was still working and that wasn't a good time for me, so we set something up for the next day. The plumber who arrived was on time, worked quickly and neatly, explained everything that he needed to do, was very careful with the radon system which involved a tricky plastic cover, and installed the new pump so it would function better than the original. The previous pump had gotten some gravel in the mechanism because it had been sitting on the bottom of the crock and had always been very noisy (in addition to the rocks interfering with the function). The plumber raised the new one slightly on a block so that wouldn't happen again. The whole thing was done in much less time than I imagined and works much better than the original - it is much, much quieter! Then I received an invoice within about 2 weeks that was lower than what I expected. I could not be more pleased and will definitely make Mike Ingrilli the person I call with plumbing problems in the future. Great service, fast and neat and courteous and at a fair price. Thank you!

Great experience. The individual performing the service was professional and knowledgable. He showed up on time, went over the repairs needed with us and then completed the repairs in a timely manner.

He did a very good job and was a very pleasant guy. We really liked him. It was a good plumbing job. His price was very competitive with everyone else. We wanted some specific things and he got them for us. We went through a lot of hassles trying to look at water heaters and finally the one he got us was a very good one and we were very pleased with it.

Mike Ingrilli plumbing was one a 3 plumbers who provided a quote for a sewer checkvalve or backflow preventer and sump pump installation with emergency battery backup. He was prompt for appointment, his price was competitive, and the job was done very professionally. He was the only plumber who opened the sewer cleanout to check how deep the pipes were, so he could provide the most accurate price without possible extras. He also showed his professionalism in putting down dropclothes in our 3 season room and back hall and left the house as clean (or cleaner) than they found it. Great job. I have recommended him to neighbors.

I called Mike on August 31 in the morning after being told from the delivery people they could not disconnect my old washing machine because of a broken water valve. Mike came over the that same day and replaced the water value. The next day I had my new washing machine in my home .

Plumber responded to call and arrived on time. My husband did not ask for an estimate (our fault) Plumber removed and replaced a toilet in order for us to replace a heating cover behind the toilet. He was also supposed to replace a faucet. One of the components of the faucet was missing, so he returned the following week when the part was available. Again he arrived on time and completed the task in a timely manner. He had to remove the sink in order to replace the faucet. The wallpaper around the sink was minimally damaged. I felt this cost to be high for labor only (less a wax ring). Perhaps we were spoiled by our last plumber who has recently retired.

Mike came out to give us an estimate on replacing our bathtub and shower surround. He said he would email a quote within a week. No quote was ever received, even after 2 phone calls asking for it. When I called, I wasn't ever able to speak with Mike, just an associate who had never been to my home and therefore couldn't even try to get me an estimate. he did promise to have Mike email me the quote. That again never happened. I can only imagine how much more frustrating this situation would have been if we had decided to work with this company.

We spent under $3000 on this job. He was prompt and he called back. The work was done very efficiently in the time estimate that he gave. The work was done neatly and without a lot of mess and clean up.

Excellent. We have had Mike do work before (running a natural gas line) and thought of him immediately when we had more issues. I do not think that you can find a plumber who is more skilled, neater, more responsive and more professional. I would recommend him to anyone who has any plumbing work that needs to be done.

I contracted with Mike Ingrilli to completely renovate my master bathroom. I wanted to start over from scratch. Mike came first to look at the room and we talked about what I wanted to do and what kind of layout would work. Mike then gave me an estimate for the labor and the materials. I had some previous experience with bathroom fixtures so I went and picked out some of mine. Mike has several plumbing houses that you can go to and the designers and customer service reps will help you pick out the fixtures you want and show you other options you didn't know about. The prices at these supply houses are also the same or cheaper in some cases than going to Home Depot or Lowes. Because I was starting over from scratch, I also needed both an electrician, a drywall person and a carpenter. The nice thing about Mike is that he will also act as your general contractor and coordinate with these people as well. Mike had people he works with all the time and I went with his people. I had an electrician and a carpenter and both of them were fantastic and did really nice work. If you have other contractors you like, though, you can use them and Mike will work with them. There were a couple of hiccups (I picked out a tub that was a couple inches too big) but Mike was very relaxed and took me through the solutions he and his guys would perform. Now it looks like that size tub has always been in the bathroom and you can't even tell my goof. Mike and his other plumber, Kurt, are also expert tilers so they did my entire bathroom floor as well. I also had Mike completely redo the piping in the utility/laundry room in the basement. I hadn't been thinking of moving the laundry tub but Mike made some suggestions about how it might work better in the room. Now that I moved it, I can't believe I left it where it was for 25 years! I should also mention that the bathroom renovation was for my mother who is 61 and has trouble walking. We put ADA compliant items in the bathroom but you can't even tell because Mike made them pretty invisible to the naked eye. I purchased an ADA compliant toilet which means it is higher than your average toilet. Turns out that I actually like the toilet as well, way better than a regular height toilet. I also had grab bars placed in the shower but you can't even see them because they are the exact same color as the surround. Again, these have saved me more than my Mom. It's nice to have something to grab onto in the tub and shower. Mike and his other plumber, Kurt, were super friendly and on-time. I also made a lot of changes during the course of the project and Mike and Kurt just went with the flow and readjusted their time table and estimate accordingly. They're also great about communication - I would call them and they would always get back within the day. They also never gave the impression that I was bothering them or got exasperated because I was making changes.

Mike Ingrilli was on-time and very professional. He gave an estimate of the work and explained what had to be done in detail (and in terms you could understand!). He was there the same day we called him because we needed the work done right away to get the heating working again. He was done in an hour and half. Mike was very friendly and had fair prices.
