Mike Ingrilli Plumbing

We had a leak in our main floor bathroom which was dripping down into the finished rec room. We called on a Friday evening and they came first thing Monday morning. Kurt replaced the piping and the facet nozzles. He checked the other pipes and determined that they did not need to be replaced. He also checked another leak and determined that we needed more caulking, not any pipe replacement. Very open and honest and stepped me through the whole process.

He does really good work and has great prices.

They were prompt on getting me an estimate. They were also prompt with getting the scheduling done to do the job. He charged me what he had quoted me for the job. I was very happy with the services.

Mike's professionalism and workmanship are the best I have found. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking any type of plumbing work. He can also handle other jobs by subbing out work, which he oversees. I am 1,500 miles away in Arizona, so his commitment to us has been phenomenal.

He responded fairly quickly and was excellent with cleaning up after himself. Initially the part wasn't as good of quality as I think it should have been but when it needed replaced, they didn't hesitate to upgrade and fix it.

We placed a service call on Thursday late afternoon. The problem was fixed by late Friday afternoon. The job took about 90 minutes to complete.

From the first phone call to completion of the work, Mike was prompt, efficient, on time. thorough and a total professional. He said what he was going to do and followed through immediately. I found the price to be competitive with other bids and the work was quality. If we ever need a plumber in the future we will definitely call Mike Ingrilli plumbing. I called to schedule the appt. over a week in advance of my desired day. My information was taken down and I was told I would be called back to set up day and time. I was called back the next day by Mike Ingrilli. We scheduled for noon the following Friday. I did not receive a reminder call about the appt. like you generally get from your doctor, etc. but still assumed we were on for the scheduled appt. On that day, 40 minutes past the scheduled arrival time no one had arrived or called so I called to check in to see if someone was running late just to know when to expect them to show up. The person who answered the phone looked up my information and asked if she could get back to me in a few minutes. She called back stating that I was not on the schedule and there's no record of an appt. for me and asked if she could have Mike Ingrilli call me back for rescheduling. A week later, I still have not received a call to reschedule. Apparently I didn't make the priority list for jobs this month so had to seek another plumber to get the job done. Considering that I took a day of vacation to be here while the plumber gets the work done, I'm really dissappointed. The fact that I was forgotten about is bad enough but not having the courtesy to call back to apologize and reschedule tells me that they don't care.

He was very thorough, and very neat. He explained what was done and what needed to be done. He was very professional. He had all the materials that he needed in his truck. Price wise I think my husband kind of looked around and plumbers are expensive, but I would say they were compatible with other plumbers that we looked into. We were very pleased. We will use them again.

I used to live in Du Page county Illinois, where, if you made an appointement with a tradesman to get an estimate, he may or may not appear. So it was a pleasant surprise to find an establishment that is operated on a businesslike basis such as Mike Ingrilli Plumbing. He was on time for my estimate, and even talked me out of some work that I had thought about -- talking me out of it cut the bill by 50%. The plumbers were on time, clean, and knowledgeable. The work was done in a few hours, and the final bill was EXACTLY what I was quoted. Having work done on the house used to be like root canal surgery,but this experience was as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend Mike Ingrilli, and ill be calling upon him if I ever need any more work.

My mother-in-law kept insisting that her toilet was broken. (I never thought it was, but you know mother-in-laws) Called and left a message with the person answering the phone. Got a call back the next day and a gentleman came out and checked the toilet. As I thought, there was nothing wrong with the toilet. The man who came out was polite and courteous AND he didn't charge my mother-in-law. Can you believe that??? I would call Mike Ingrilli in a heartbeat for anything I need done at her home or my home

The plumber from Mike Ingrilli's plumbing was supposed to come on Friday. When he called an hour before he was supposed to arrive he was stuck on another job and apologized. He tried working out another time, but our schedules weren't matching up so he had to call me back after he spoke with Mike the owner. When the plumber called me back he said that Mike would come out at noon on Saturday. I was surprised they were going to come out on a weekend and happy they were willing to do so. Mike called a half hour before the scheduled time to let us know he was on his way. He showed up about 20 min. later, but he let us know he was running late due to the baseball game traffic. He showed up, was extremely pleasant, answered all our questions, and completed the project in an hour. Our sink is running clear and he replaced a fitting in our shower diverter. When he was done he cleaned up all of the mess and it didn't even seem as though he was there at all. Mike did an excellent job and I will definitely use him or his company again for any of my plumbing needs!

After a few calls to discuss the work with Mike, he came out and was able to fix the issue in a way that saved us about $300 compared to other quotes. Fantastic, professional and polite service. I would highly recommend him moving forward.

Mike and team were a joy to work with. They were very responsive, via email, no less and were extremely professional. They came on two separate occasions. The first was to snake two clogged sinks, and the second was to fix some leaky pipes. They will be my plumber of choice from now on...thanks!

He was great. They did a great job. What was especially good about them is that we had an unexpected emergency and we call them and they had a guy out the next day. It was much expedient then what we expected. His price was reasonable. My wife liked his customer service and would definitely use him again if needed.

A pipe was leaking underneath our bathroom sink. We could not figure out how to stop the leak. We were able to set up a convenient appointment within a few days (difficulty scheduling on our end). The technician was friendly, informative, and was able to fix the problem that day. He also was helpful letting me know what issues we might have in the future, and which of those we could fix ourselves. The technician needed to go get a part and did not charge me for that time. The job was done neatly and quickly and we have not had a problem since then.

He gave me a free estimate when we were looking to buy a house and he saved us from putting an offer on a house that would have cost us a ton of money to redo a bathroom. He gets all A's from me and I will use him again in the future.

Our kitchen faucet sprung a major leak on a Sunday and was spraying into the room. We shut the water off and checked Angies list for a plumber. Mike came first thing Monday morning to do the repair. Great guy. Very personable. He completed the repair and everything seemed fine. A few hours after he left it started leaking again. We called Mike and he offered to come over at 8 AM at no charge. We said it would be ok to come over on Tuesday morning, which he did. He discovered another faulty washer, replaced it and it works fine. I would recommend him based on responsive and quick attention to the problem that occurred after he left. Good guy.

Mike came to see the job. He sent me an estimate via email. I likes being able to communicate over the internet. We agreed upon a starting date. It rained so it was canceled. I thought it would be rescheduled, but I had to call back and leave a message so that it could be scheduled. I hoped they would contact me.Luckily it didn't rain again because the next time Mike came it was completed and we were able to eat steaks that night!

Kurt arrived on schedule. It started our as a simple job of replacing the cartridge of a leaky bathtub faucet. But the handle was frozen. The whole job took 2 hours. Kurt ended up replacing all parts. We are very happy with the job.

Would higher Mike Ingrelli the next time I need an honest plumber.
