Description of Work: Fixed leak in the wall behind the bathroom sink.

Description of Work: Mike Ingrelli Plumbing came out after we had a sewer backup in our basement. We had a Roto Rooter person out the day before and was unable to get through the clog. We have an older house with some type of catch basin as our floor drain. The Roto rooter person was unfamiliar with this type of floor drain and broke a hole in the pipe. Sewer gas was coming into our house. We called in Mike and he was able to come over. He cleared the clog and explained to us how the old drains worked.

Description of Work: I usually do my own plumbing work but had outside hose bibs this time and was concerned I could not sweat the joints myself in the hard to reach areas. Never used a plumber before so I went on the Angie's rating guide for this company. THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU WANT TO USE!!! You may have to wait for availability but it is worth it. Jim came and did a very professional job significantly under budget.

Description of Work: Replaced rusted toilet flange. Installed toilet I provided.

Description of Work: The shower faucet and handle were loose as they had not been installed properly. Rather than remove the tile to repair, the plumber suggested going through a linen closet wall to repair. He removed Pex and shark bite fitting from faucet. Repiped with copper pipes so fittings were secure.

Description of Work: Mike replaced a failed water heater. Mike was great to work with, personable and a good communicator. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a replacement and recommended a good product based upon those parameters. Mike arrived at the scheduled time of installation and took precautions to protect flooring when he brought the new water heater into my home and when he removed the old water heater. The quality of work was excellent and Mike removed all old equipment and cleaned up when the installation was complete. Work was completed within the estimated time frame. I am completely satisfied with the work done and recommend Mike Ingrilli Plumbing as a service provider.

Description of Work: Provider installed water softener that we purchased, provided new toilet & installed, & unclogged bathroom sink and basement laundry drain. The two fellas even picked up the water softener for us so we didn't have to struggle getting it in the house. Wonderful service. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: I emailed Mike Ingrilli Plumbing in a panic in the wee hours of the morning, the day prior to a party I was going to host, as I felt my drains were clogged, and the toliet was running rather slowly...I was afraid I was going to have to plunge the toliet with guests here! Mike called me at the work phone number I left, and explained my problem to him.. I was told it could be a venting problem. Well, the very next day, Plumber Jim came out and snaked the toliet and also by the washing machine, as I had requested, but that apparently wasnt the problem. He said it sounded like the roof vent, but wasnt able to get up on the roof's exterior because of the frosty conditions; Not safe at all, which I agreed. He said not to worry, and that nothing is clogged, but chances were pretty high that it is the vent. This being January now, I think I will call them back in the spring, when they can take a look at my venting system, and they can get on the roof safely. Im sooooo glad I didnt get taken for a ride... I held my breath when he brought in the work order/bill...but Plumber Jim said all I had to do was sign it, and Mike mails a bill to me... I was a bit taken aback by this, not knowing if it would be $100 or $1000.. I got the bill the other day, and for Plumber Jim to snake both the toliet and by the washing machine, and for all his knowledge, my bill was a fair $124! I was pleased to say the least!!

Description of Work: Mike came out to see the job very promptly. He then promptly sent me an email with the estimate. His price was the lowest but I knew that his work would be superb. We scheduled a time for the job to be done. Kurt arrived first right on time and then Mike to show what needed to be done. Kurt completed the rather complex job in a very timely and neat fashion.Kurt is a highly skilled licensed plumber trained under a union apprenticeship and the work shows. Beautiful work. Problems solved. EXCELLENT VALUE!

Description of Work: I called Mike and he returned my call in a few hours. I explained my problems and he explained how he felt they could be resolved. He gave me a list of things to try and explained how to do them over the phone. He didn't charge me anything for his expertise. He did offer to come out if needed, but told me to try those things on my own so he didnt have to charge me for her services. Excellent man! whenever I have a plumbing issue in the future I will call him again.
