Description of Work: New flooring in my entire house. The sales team, Bill, was great, and he used fabulous installers. The only issue was at the end with one part of the job that had to wait until my home contractor was finished. So they held back $100 from the agreed upon price to finish it. I was waiting for some type of statement to arrive saying what I owed exactly, when I received an irate call from the office asking if I planned to pay the overdue balance. What??!! Then the woman was difficult to reach, and when others answered her phone did not know what I was talking about. I finally reached her and paid the $100, but she was rude and I was shocked that after paying $29,900 they thought I was not going to pay the last $100 when I was waiting for a final statement. For this reason I would not use them again. I should have been treated like a queen not a criminal!
