Description of Work: Our garage door opener was not working. Spoke with Phil on Wednesday, gave me a very reasonable bid and said they had room for us on that same Thursday. Was very prompt. My husband said the person who came was very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. Took the time to fix the pulleys and re greased the cables and cleaned up the opener itself. He also asked if we wanted the torn edging at the bottom of the door replaced, which he did. And everything came in under the original bid! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having work done on their garage. We will most definitely use them again in the future, if we need work done.

Description of Work: I called on a Friday afternoon after trying to open our broken garage door ourselves manually. Our car was in the garage and we couldn't get out. Aspen was able to come out within 2 hours to look at our garage door. We thought it was just off the track, but the spring was also broken. The tech explained that our door was an odd size and should have 2 spring on it, not just one. He was able to install 2 springs in our small, dimly lit one-car garage, and now our door works better than before! It was such a relief. They were fast, friendly, professional, and gave us some good advice about how to care for our 50+ year old garage door.
