We contacted Aspen Garage Door based on the good reviews on Angie's List. One of the garage door rails was bent and one of the rollers was off the track. I called on a Saturday and Pat from Aspen said he could be here the following Monday. He thought the garage door had hit one of the garbage cans so he adjusted the sensitivity so it wouldn't happen again. He pulled the rail back in place and replaced some of the rollers. He offered to replace all the rollers for $45.00 but said it wasn't necessary to replace all of them - just the ones that had the most wear and tear. I opted to replace them all. He oiled the hinges, replaced the lightbulb and added a cord so the door can be pulled down if the power fails. He fixed the problem quickly and now the door is much quieter. He discussed the quality of the parts he uses versus the quality of the parts on our system but didn't try to sell me anything. In fact he said that we should be fine with this door and springs for another 6 years. I will definitely call Aspen the next time something goes wrong with the garage door.

The spring broke on our garage door one evening. We had Pat come out and look at it, as well as tell us about new garage door options. He mentioned that if we bought a garage door from them, he would come put a temporary fix on the door until the new one came in. We decided to get a new door, he came out to do the temporary, but it kept breaking, so he just put a new spring on. The door came in earlier than expected and he and his partner came out to install the door. The work went very well and we love our new door.

After my wife backed into the closed garage door, it began to malfunction and crack. We decided to use this as an opportunity to replace two aging garage doors. We called four different companies to obtain estimates. By far, Aspen Garage Doors was the most professional, personal, courteous, responsive, and responsible. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of different models of doors, thoroughly explained all that they would do during the installation (strengthening supports, realigning the opener, etc.). They applied no pressure on me, but simply provided the information and respected my ability to make a good choice. Their estimate came in just *slightly* higher than another company's, so I called them back and they were very understanding and willing to talk with me and work toward a price that worked for me. In the end, I likely would have been willing to pay more, since their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is just outstanding. I felt like I could trust them and that they had my best interests in mind....and that they weren't just looking to make a few extra dollars. I HIGHLY recommend using Aspen Garage Door for any garage door or opener service or replacement. I should mention that they also installed a new garage door opener for me at a previous residence, and the quality of work and service then matched this experience. That type of consistency shows me that they are committed to quality work and great service, and that they care about the relationship with their customers. Thank you!

One of the springs broke on our garage door on a Friday night and I searched Angie's list for a company that would fix this on a Saturday. I contacted Aspen Garage Door after viewing their webpage and angie's list review. Patrick, the owner answered my call early on Saturday morning and came out promptly at 9am to remove and replace the springs. I was curious about how these are installed and watched the process. Since I'm moving to a new house in Indianapolis, Patrick was great about showing how to care for my garage door to maintain proper operation. I really appreciated his advise. He lubricated the hinges and roller stems as well. The work was completed in an hour and the door is operating better than before!

My garage door would not open this morning and I needed to get the garbage out for pick up! I called Aspen Garage Door to take a look at it and they answered my call within 20 minutes and came over a few hours later. After inspecting the garage door and opener, I received a quote that was very reasonable and he had the parts on site so he replaced the unit right then and there! He showed me the issue with my broken unit (shows me that they are an honest company not trying to rip you off) and then explained how the new unit would work. Not only did he fix my garage door but he fixed my leaking gutter too...I would recommend Aspen to anyone and everyone I meet that is need of a new door or a repair. The quality, service and price I received are hard to find these days- this business has what many businesses are lacking, a true appreciation for their clients and their reputation. Plus they include a three year labor warranty so no worries for a long time!

We contacted Aspen Garage Door, Inc. because of a referral from another contractor and spoke with Patrick Deppen and he came out and gave us a bid and convinced us that his company would do superior work and offered an incentive on an upgrade on the garage door openers. The garage doors and garage doors openers were installed yesterday by Pat and Phil and they did a wonderful job of installing these beautiful doors in a very timely manner and couldn't have been nicer and more accomodating. We highly recommend them to anyone who expects excellent service. Thank you Pat and Phil of Aspen Garage Door, Inc. for making this change to our home a wonderful experience!
