The owner gave us 3 options (least expensive to most expensive) to have our springs fixed. He did not pressure us; just educated us on what each option consisted of. We ended up going with the moderate priced option. He even replaced the light bulb in our garage door opener. He was very nice, was on time, and seemed to care about the quality of his work.

They come on time, they get right to the work, and use high quality materials. This is the second tim ewe have used them. I am very pleased with their work.

The repairman (I forgot his name!) scheduled a service call for the same week that I called, arrived promptly and was very professional in appearance and demeanor. He asked me lots of questions to help diagnose the problem and promptly performed the repair/maintenance procedures. I would definitely use Aspen again and will recommend them to others.

Awesome job! Answered call right away and was able to schedule me in immediately. Fixed my problem and he wasn't looking to sell me a new garage door opener even though ours is very old. Nice, friendly and professional! Will definitely recommend to others and will use them again.

He came on a Friday afternoon, during lunchtime, on only 20 minutes notice, saving me from having my garage door open all weekend. He was prompt, thorough and very reasonably priced. I could not have been more impressed.

I feel as though Patrick went above and beyond, especially in providing the temporary fix for no charge, before even knowing if we were going to choose his company or not. Well, we sure did, and we're happy to have done business with them. Would definitely hire again when we're ready to change from a chain motor to a belt motor (or whatever it's called).

I talked to Patrick on the phone telling him my garage door wouldn't work and that there was 10 flashes of the light instead. He told me that 10 flashes means the sensors aren't aligned correctly and to check for that. When I got home I started checking. I discovered that the wire going to the sensor had been chewed and called Patrick back and made an appointment for the Thursday, the first. He was very helpful and friendly. He replaced the wire and did a few other things to make the opener safer. I was very happy with her service.

Called on a Thursday afternoon and Patrick came out and fixed the garage door the very next day. Customer service was outstanding. Patrick explained the problems and provided the various options. We highly recommend Aspen Garage and would use them again.

Everything about the service was excellent. I came home from work at 6:30 on a Thursday to find that the cable on one side of our garage door had snapped and a roller on that side had jumped the track. Fortunately, the immediate symptom was the door wouldn't close; the opener let it down until its uneven hang caused it to jam, then opened it again. Unfortunately, both my wife and I had unmissable commitments the following morning, and the prospect of simply having the garage open all day was unappealing. Worse, we were planning to leave for a long weekend vacation immediately after we got home on Friday; if the door couldn't be fixed Thursday evening we would either have to reschedule our travel plans or simply leave it agape until the following Wednesday. After striking out on the and quot;24-hourand quot; response line at the shop which had serviced the opener when we first bought the house in 2007, I found Aspen on Angie's list and called them. Very shortly thereafter, I got a call back from Pat; I explained the problem as best I could (I don't know diddly about garage doors). He asked a few precise questions, phrasing them such that I had no problem understanding what he was asking or answering them. He offered to come out that evening to take a look (I later found out he came almost straight to my house from his daughter's swim practice) and gave me an estimate of around $250, based on my explanation. Pat examined the problem, explained what had happened, and what he was going to do to fix it. He removed the crumbling drywall from behind both bottom brackets, shimmed them against the 2x4 framing with wood, and re-mounted the brackets. He also saw at least one hinge was sprung, and the nuts attaching the opener rail to the front bracket were coming off their bolts, so he replaced the affected hinges and corrected the rail. He completed the work in less than an hour; the total came to $229. Throughout the process he was friendly, engaging, and professional - even after I unceremoniously yanked him away from his family for the evening. I can't say enough good about Pat and his work; I literally could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Aspen to anyone.

Everything when on time and at a good rate. Provider expalined the sevice and gave suggestions without any pressure. Very nice to work with.

Got a verbal estimate over the phone for the service site unseen. A month later I called back and setup a time to do the install. They showed up on time and did a great job. I was very impressed with their work. They gave me the verbal estimate price even though the garage door opener model changed and was a little more expense. They answered any questions I had and gave me tips on regular maintenance on my garage doors. Would happily use them again.

Pat with Aspen Garage Doors is fantastic! He came to our house and provided my husband and me with clear information and options and then returned at our request with additional color samples so we could choose the right door for our house. He was patient and thorough and so very nice to work with. Pat and his colleague Jack worked at our house today removing and hauling away our old door and installing the new door with a new opener and key pad for outside. It has helped transform the exterior of our house and we feel confident in the workmanship and warranty. We would recommend Aspen Garage Door to anyone!

Great experience, very professional.

Our garage door was having trouble opening. I called Aspen and described the situation. He told me what he thought it was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. They were booked for that Friday (when I called), but could come out on Saturday for an extra trip charge. That's really my only complaint is that there was an after hours charge, but I happily paid it to get our garage door operating that day instead of waiting until Monday. It was still cold out so he worked in the freezing cold getting the coil spring replaced and doing some general maintenance to the garage door and track as well. They did a good job and I would certainly use their services again if I had a need for garage door repair/replacement, etc.

I called Aspen Garage Door (after checking Angie's list first!) on a Monday morning because my garage door opener would not work. They were able to go out there shortly after and take a look. Phil told me he could repair it for $165, but he said he could replace it for $385. The problem was the gear shift.I decided to replace it because my old one was 18 years old. They were able to do the work right then. They did a great job - the new opener is quieter and the light actually goes on when you walk into the garage now, which is really nice at night. I would highly recommend this company.

I called on Thursday and set up a time to meet with Pat on Friday. Pat was able to come early, but phone issues prevented me from getting that message. Pat had arrived shortly before me and we talked about the issue at hand. We hit the button and observed the lack of response and he knew right away it would probably be the circuit board. Given that, it was a matter of whether or not the rest of the setup was viable. He checked it out and thought it was fine, so we went with the less-expensive option -- repair. Pat had the job done quickly and I probably slowed him up with conversation. He also noted that if something else went wrong with this soon that he cut me a reasonable deal on the replacement. It is great to have that kind of support in place!

Phil came out to see why our garage door stopped working. He quickly saw that is was a broken spring and he put a clamp on it. Phil spoke from much experience and was able to tell us more than just our garage door spring was broken. He explained what the issues were and what my options were. He asked questions and was able to make insightful recommendations. He recommended a garage door and opener manufacturer . He put a clamp on the garage door spring, as a temporary fix, so that I would have an opportunity to decide what I wanted to do about my very old garage door and opener. After much research on my own, I decided on the same manufacturers that he recommended. He did not charge me for the visit, as I thought I would order the door and opener through him. In the end, I used a different company for the installation of the new door, due to significant price differences. He was ok with it, and reminded me to keep an eye out for the details that he had discussed with me. He was very helpful and not upset! I plan to call him if I ever need aftermarket help on my garage door. In the end, I mailed back to him his clamp and some payment for his work.

My husband hit the garage door track backing the car out of the garage at 7:45am, which prevented the door from being able to close. I live on a street with a lot of foot traffic and needed it fixed immediately so that the belongings inside our garage were not exposed for all to see and take. I called Aspen at 8am. They answered right away, gave me a quote over the phone (and quot;a bit over a hundredand quot;), and came and replaced the track while I was at work. I returned home at 5pm to a like-new, closed garage door and a bill for $113 inside my garage. It was much easier, cheaper, and less of a hassle than I had expected. I hope my husband is more careful backing out of the garage in the future, but if something were to happen again, I'd definitely call Aspen.

Bill was there a little before the scheduled time and was set up and ready to go when we got home. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. He installed the new opener and replaced the keyless entry pad and moved the motion sensors from being mounted on the floor which were rusty and mounted new ones on the walls. He cleaned up everything and took the old system with him.

The first thing I noticed on Angie's List was that Aspen Garage Door Inc. had gotten a lot of reviews and they were all and quot;Aand quot;s. I figured that people must have gotten really good service to have that many reviews and amazed that every one was an and quot;Aand quot;. The business owner responded immediately to our voice mail message and made arrangements to come to the house the next day. He completed the work within a couple of hours and also dismantled and removed the old garage door spring. He explained the process in detail and showed me, as well as explained, why the old garage door spring failed (it was a bargain basement spring, inadequate for the size of the 2 car garage door). He replaced the old spring with a much heavier duty spring (which it needed), lubed the mechanisms and made sure that the door was functioning properly before leaving. My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism, the quality of the work and the repairman/owner's cheerful demeanor. We would definitely recommend Aspen Garage Door Inc. to friends and neighbors.

Pat was extremely helpful and managed to save me from having to pay a diagnosis/trip fee to fix the sensor. He was not concerned with just making money as much as he was with just helping me out. It was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend these guys, they are very helpful, friendly, and will save you from unnecessary repair costs if they can.
