Description of Work: I paid for 5 lawn fertilization and 1 fertilization of bushes and trees. 2 lawn fertilizing treatments have been done so far. I do not feel the treatments adequately took care of the weeds in our lawn. Also we have a long row of very large lilacs bordering our property. I was disappointed that only one side of the lilacs was fertilized given the large size of the bushes. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Treatment for emerald ash borer for two trees. Service went great. This is our second time using this treatment with TruGreen, which has been effective in preventing the EAB from infecting our trees. Very satisfied with the service and the product.

Description of Work: Did a one time treatment for weeds. After 3 weeks most of the weeds had not died. Called and explained the problem. They were very understanding and offered to do a second spraying at no charge. This second application of weed killer worked very well and I am satisfied with the results. |

Description of Work: Lawn weed and feed. Initially had some more weeds pop up after first treatment. Called to inform and they wrre back out in a day! No more weeds and dark green thick grass! They always call ahead and they have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I live on a corner and pay monthly. So far I love Tru Green!!

Description of Work: The LawnCare is adequate and they are responsive when it came to issues with the LawnCare, HOWEVER I tried most of last summer and again this spring and summer to get my online account opened up without success. Somehow the online account was disabled or cancelled and dispute talking to and working with three individuals (who by the way just discontinued working on the issue and stopped communicating with me to try to resolve this issue when they ran into difficulties). Without the ability to access my online account I was unable to see when or how many service calls had taken place or were scheduled. That then allowed Scott's LawnService to come out whenever they chose to and as many times as they chose to because I again I could not see my account so I could not decide whether or not I needed as many service calls as we're scheduled on my account. I called three times in early spring and said I would be canceling my account if I could not see what they had me scheduled for but that did not seem to matter because when the technology department could not "unlock" my account they just ignored my requests which allows the company to come out and do any service they would like to because I cannot see what is scheduled. Then I received a very poorly printed impersonal form letter saying they were sorry to lose a customer and if I had any problems with the company to give them a call, I had already called at least 5 or 6 times (like I said impersonal form ! They are very prompt getting the service technicians out to perform the lawn service and send you the bill but not when you want to see what service plan they have for you. I would reconsider the rescinding the cancellation of service if they could fix my online account but don't really expect they will......
