Every time they come they do a good job. They are very flexible if I have a change in plans, which I like about them. I am usually not home when they come so I can't grade in punctuality.

The cleaning authority has done a satisfactory job cleaning our house. All concerns have been addressed with satisfactory results in a timely fashion.

They do a very fine job. When they are done, my stove looks brand new. They've been coming to my home for approximately 18 months, and they had one cleaner whom cut corners a couple of times. I requested that she not come back, and she hasn't. Jeff, the manager, always responds to my calls immediately. I originally had them clean all of the living areas and bedrooms when life was hectic. When things calmed down, and I felt my family and I could manage these areas, I asked Jeff to scale back my service to bathrooms and kitchen. My request is highly unusual and never been implemented, but Jeff worked with me and is charging me what I believe to be a fair price for areas of the home that my family and I do not have skillset nor desire to do a very good job.

THEY WERE HERE ABOUT AN HOUR. ONE GIRL WHO DID 2 BATHS DID PRETTY GOOD BUT ONE WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO WIPE THE WOODWORK AND 1 BATH DID PRACTICALLY NOTHING. I WAS HERE. I HAD THEM COME BACK AND I NOTICED MOST OF THE WOOD WAS STILL NOT WIPED DOWN. 1 BATH STILL HAD COBWEBS ON THE LIGHT FIXTURE AND WALL. I ASKED FOR 2 THINGS AND FELT I GOT RIPPED OFF CONSIDERING THEY ONLY SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS AN HOUR.
