Renewal by Andersen of Milwaukee

Description of Work: They replaced a patio door and a window. I classify their work as quality craftsmen. They had to match all of the wood moldings and custom cut for fit. You would never know that these aren't the originals. Their work is superb, and they cleaned up everything. It is nice to see that there are still people that take pride in their work; these two sure did!

Description of Work: Replaced 50 plus windows

Description of Work: I used Renewal by Anderson last year for replacement of 10 older windows in my home. I called for more services this year. The saleperson was knowledgeable and prompt, the service and quality of workmanship last year was excellent, although definitely at the top end of the price range from the estimates I obtained. This year I wanted them to come back to replace an additional 6 windows. My experience was disappointing, to say the least! No one returned my call for over 2 weeks. When someone finally did show up,. the salesperson quoted a price that was almost double what I paid per window last year, and then immediately began to undercut his own estimate telling me that he ran his own business on the side and would get the work done for less than Anderson! The ease and slickness with which he did this suggested to me that this is a scam being run with the full knowledge and support of the staff at the local Anderson office. I was shocked, to say the least. We will never do business with the local Renewal by Anderson office again.
